"You know I hate punishing you, don't you? What man would want to punish the woman he loves?"

The blond man asks rhetorically as he stands in front of the battered body of a woman tied against a wall with her arms spread wide. The woman, stripped naked with only her long hair hiding her breasts, has her head bowed, lacking the strength to support her. She has lost count of the days.

"If you only knew how much it breaks my heart to see you like this."

The woman coughs. A red liquid drips from her open wounds to the floor, drop by drop, creating a pool of blood on the ground that she doesn't even touch with her feet. The woman coughs. The man wipes the blood from his hands, which do not belong to him, onto a towel. The woman coughs again, this time louder than the others.

"You're so pretty. It was obvious that the straw hat would be interested in you."

He sits down in the chair, facing the body of the woman hanging in front of him.

"I've been looking everywhere for you for the last two years. You were like... vanished."

The woman tries to take a breath, her lungs burning. Her body is bruised, wounded, mutilated. Her head spins, she only partially understands the words of the man in front of her.

"I'd like you to go back to the way you were, ok? When you only saw the world through my eyes."
