I'm sorry I've left for a LOOOONG time, I've started law school this year and it's harder than I thought it would be. So I've lost the motivation to continue writing stories on this account. On the other hand, I've started writing another story, but in French, and I've noticed that my style has evolved a lot and that this story doesn't really reflect me any more.
Don't worry, I'll post the end of the story!

The city is lit by an orange light. The light of danger. Bodies are planted at the end of spikes made from the king's strings.

"Show yourself straw hat, I'll make you wish you'd never been born!" Shouts Doflamingo as he flies over the city.

Time passes and Luffy has disappeared. The birdcage will close in ten minutes or so. I don't have to be afraid, but all those people, running, trying to stop and slow down the cage. Everyone is fighting for their lives except me. I'm the only one left standing there. The bodies of innocent people fly through the sky to the rhythm of the king's anger.

"Are you going to stand there and watch people die?" asks a voice.

I look at the owner of the voice. Zoro, the green-haired swordsman. He's dressed in a dinner jacket and carrying Law on his back. I look at them. Law's face is peaceful, he's asleep, almost as if he were dead. His arm is tied to his shoulder with bloody bandages.

"Come and help us, may it to ease your conscience.

- What are you going to do?

- Slow down the cage.

- It can't be slowed down. Only Doflamingo can do that. Go help your friend instead.

- Luffy?" Zoro looks up at Doflamingo, who is searching the air for Luffy. "It's his fight, not mine.

- You're a crew, aren't you?

- This is his personal revenge." He nods to confirm his words.

"It's mostly madness. Luffy's gone, this town's doomed. It's like you're already dead.

- He's going to get his fluid back." Zoro says. I arch an eyebrow. "He needs ten minutes. In three minutes and twenty seconds, he'll come and end Doflamingo's reign.

- This is ridiculous, give up, I could make sure some of you stay alive if you give up now." I tell him. "How can an amputee help you stop the cage, just drop him, he'll slow you down" I sigh.

"Do you think that after this, these people will accept to live under your authority?" Zoro asks, sneering.

"It's your fault these people are dying.

- These people are dying because they're fighting for their freedom and there's nothing more beautiful than that." The swordsman replies with a smile. "You should try it, it would do you good. Come on." He said, turning round.

"You should try to kill me! I'm your enemy!

- We're not allowed to touch you, Captain's orders. Otherwise I'd have set you straight, whether I liked you or not." He walks away.

I grit my teeth and slam my heel against the floor several times with nerves. I'm doing everything I'm supposed to do but why does it feel like I'm doing it wrong. Dressrosa is my home and the Donquixote crew are my family. I should help and not hesitate. I don't understand why I don't stop this green algae that's walking in front of me. My muscles tense up. I take my head in my hands and fall to my knees. I scream in rage before hitting the ground again and again.

"You're going to hurt yourself!" A hand grabs my bloody wrist.

"Let me go!" I raise my head and push the green-haired man's hand away.
