It was a stressful shift for Albert working in the House of Lords. He still didn't care if most of the Lords there hated him, but going through pointless meetings for hours was torture! That's why when lunch time came, he took this opportunity to take a walk in London Square.
Upon his stroll, he didn't expect to see his wife wandering around the place too. He walked towards his wife and called her name in a gentle tone, "Ella..."
"Albert?!", her eyes went wide in surprise, "What are you doing here? Don't you have work?"
He smiled and immediately hugged her, so he could feel her warmth. "I decided to take a few minutes off from work for now. I needed to see you..."
Ella hugged him tighter in response and kissed him at his cheek. "So...what do you want to do in your free time before going back to work?"
"I...really would like to spend some time with you, my love. What do you say visiting an art gallery around here?", he proposed with a warm smile on his face.
"That would be nice!", and she took his hand.
He kissed her hand in return and said, "Let's go then, my love."

The art gallery in London Square was the largest repository in the country. Pictures and paintings of varying sizes occupied every wall. The establishment's never empty as it is a haven for art enthusiasts.
Ella looked at the paintings in awe. The fine detail and blend of colors is really extraordinary for human talent. The way they were able to capture the scene, the emotion, the mood with a brush is something that bewildered her.
As Ella walked further, she stumbled upon a caricature painting.
"Albert, Albert look! That painting reminded me of Lord Farquad when he accidentally set his trousers on fire at the other party!", Ella said in her hushed tone to make sure no one would hear her.
Albert became amused at Ella's comment, and he was glad that she was already enjoying the place. He looked at the painting that reminded her of Lord Farquad and laughed a bit. "Lord Farquad...", he repeated what she said with a smile. "You're absolutely right, my love...it does look like him!"
Ella continued looking around but she stopped in her tracks when her eyes landed on a painting of 2 angels floating freely in the sky.
"Albert...", she couldn't help but keep on staring at its beauty.
Albert immediately looked at her when she called his name. He saw how Ella was looking at the painting of angels and heaven and he was curious to know what she was going to say.
"Ella?", he asked her softly as he held her hand again. "What is it?", he was trying to figure out what was on her mind right now, not sure what to say at this point.
Ella smiled and said, "Those angels look like you!"
Albert's cheeks were a bit red now although he couldn't see the connection when she said those angels look like him. "I...thank you, my love? But why do you think those angels look like me exactly?"
"Must be the hairstyle!", Ella joked and he couldn't help but chuckle along with her jest. "Alright, I'll take that as a compliment. I'm not sure if being compared to an angel should be something embarrassing...haha!"
"But...", Ella continued while still looking at the painting, "...this painting...the lighting...the pastel colors...the details...I believe the artist really captured the essence of this scene. Looking at it makes me feel...peace...warm...calmness...", Ella held onto Albert's hand, "...which is the same energy you're also giving me. This painting...and your existence gives me a wholesome companionship energy..."
Albert felt that Ella was getting a bit romantic right now. He blushed a little bit, and he was smiling when he listened to her compliments about him and the painting.
"Ella...", he then looked at the painting again and he saw how beautiful it was, as well. "That painting is really beautiful...", he repeated it with a soft voice and he then turned to look at his wife once again. "Do you really feel all the things you're sharing with me right now?"
"Truly!"
Albert stayed silent for a while as he kept staring at the painting of the angels. He still hasn't said anything because of how heartfelt Ella's words are. "You really are romantic, aren't you, my love?", he asked her with a soft smile, as he was starting to get a bit shy when hearing those words from her.
"Always for you! We can see other paintings as well if you like..."
"Yes, I still would love to...with you..."
