Alchemy rushed to class already 30 minutes late. Mr. Kane sighed when she entered. "Ms. Weasly, I-"

"I have a note excusing me Professor." Alchemy interrupted.

Mr. Kane was a little shocked. As far as he had been teaching her she never spoke above a whisper. "Al - alright then. Let's see it." She handed him a note from Professor McGonagall stating how she was attending business. "Okay Ms. Weasly. Go have a seat." Mr. Kane directed. She did as she was told.

A few seconds later Scorpius came in with the same note. "Just what business were you and Ms. Weasly doing?" Mr. Kane asked curious. Alchemy held her breath. Would he rat her out?

"I was helping Professor McGonagall with a few problems and Alchemy was helping me help her." Scorpius replied. A sigh if relief escaped her lips. He laughed a bit and then headed over to Alchemy in the back of the room. She looked down avoiding stares and silently prayed that maybe he was going to sit a row ahead. However due to her rotten luck, that didn't happen. Scorpius sat next to her and grinned then faced forward.

With a sigh that didn't reach others ears Alchemy thought about how the hell she was going to get out of the mess she was in. That morning when Scorpius had found her he brought her to McGonagall and they spoke for what seemed like eternity and now they had an appointment with Hagrid at lunch. Wich wasn't anything new for her except for the part that Scorpius would be joining them. And to make the mess seem more impossible to get out of, she now had to have Scorpius everywhere she went. Alchemy wasn't sure what made him ask McGonagall for that favor but she didn't like it.

The bell rang and Alchemy waited for everyone to leave so she could speak to Professor Kane. Scorpius waited out by the door. Getting up she headed over to the child like adult who was writing this down. "Uh....Professor?" Alchemy squeaked.

He looked up. "Ah Alchemy this is a surprise." He teased somewhat but to be true he was surprised. The girl who barely spoke now was at his desk about to have a real conversation with him for once. "What do you need?" He asked.

"Um..well," she figitted. "I was told to...inform you that Scorpius and I will...um..be late for this class everyday...McGonagall has...stuff assigned for us...and ya." Her words were barely above a whisper but Kane heard her.

Smiling and leaning forward Kane replied. "May I ask what the stuff is?" He was interested in what the girl and boy could possibly be doing before his class.

Alchemy stiffened. She didn't want to tell him so she wouldn't. "Just stuff..I should get going. Then she left the room walking fast and Scorpius following behind her. They headed over towards Hagrid's and Alchemy speed walked wanting to get there before Jeanie could come and get her back for yesterday. But like everything in her life, that ain't how it worked.

"Hey Al-che-my.." her sweet and sickening voice slithered through her. She parted Alchemy's name to taunt her. Trying to Ignore her Alchemy let her black and red tinted hair slide to cover her face while walking. However Jeanie only caught up to her and blocked her path. Her eyes caught Scorpius and she smiled at him. "Can you excuse us for a minute?" She twirled her hair in her fingers. Alchemy wanted to run and die in a hole just so she didn't have to deal with this.

"Um sure, I'll wait for you at Hagrid's." He spoke to Alchemy then ran up ahead till he was no longer in sight.

Jeanie waited untill he was sure he was gone and no out of hear shot till she pushed Alchemy down onto the he ground. "How the hell did you get him to even look at you?!" She hissed full of jealously. Alchemy didn't say anything and picked herself up. There was no way in hell that she was going to get beat up for Scorpius suddenly hanging around her. "Well?" Jeanie barked.
