Alchemy stared at her relatives as they stared back in shock. Some looked between Scorpius and herself in disbelief. Alchemy didn't know what to say or how to fix the situation she just caused. Grandma Weasly was the first to comment.

"Well, that's wonderful!" She beamed and forced a smile onto her lips. Scorpius seemed at dumbstruck as her family and merely stared at Alchemy.

George Weasly smiled but unlike his mother it seemed real. "Never would have guessed you would actually get one, took you 13 years just to say hello to a stranger at the Ministry of Magic." He joked and then got up hugging his adoptive daughter. "I'm proud of you." He whispered in her ear. As if by magic the rest of the Weasly family congratulated her and the rest of the night was questions and Fred gaping at his younger sister. Finally after it reached 11:00 PM the Hogwarts doors were closed and everyone returned home. However Alchemy stayed at the school with Scorpius promising her father she would return home the day after tomorrow. Once the halls were empty she turned to her friend that had been silent for the entire night. Slowly Alchemy turned and faced Scorpius ready for him to be mad at her and yell and never want to see her again.

The blond stared at her smiling.

"So I'm your boyfriend? When were you going to tell me?" He messed around crossing his arms an grinning.

Alchemy rubbed the back of her head and laughed nervously. "I only just found out tonight.." She joked back but then got serious. "Look, I'm sorry. I know what I said was a lie and I panicked. Please don't stop being my friend though..." Alchemy's mind raced at the consequences of her rash action. Was she prepared to go back to being the girl that never spoke and was alone?

Scorpius sighed and looked at Alchemy. "I'm not gonna stop being your friend...In fact I'm more than a friend now." The joke earned a small chuckle from Alchemy. "Just warn me before you stay stuff like that so I'm ready. Your family was totally hogging me on how I asked you out!" He raised his voice and they both laughed. Alchemy felt happy. Of course he wasn't going to leave her... they were friends. Or well, at least more than friends to everyone else. "You know," Scorpius started. "If I was going to truly ask you out, it wouldn't be cliché."

"Why would you ask me out anyway? And what do you mean not cliché?" Alchemy asked confused. The two walked and she grabbed her dress from the chair she had layed it on.

Scorpius bumbed into Alchemy's shoulder playfully. "Answer number one- Shut up. Answer number 2- If I ever ask you out you'll know." Was all he said then he ran up ahead to his dorm room. "Hey, how did your dad know about the ball? McGonagall hasn't said anything about it." Alchemy thought about it.

"I think My mother gave it away. She has friends who know things about Hogwarts." Alchemy answered then made her way up to her own dorm room. "Goodnight Scorpius." She yelled to the boy and heard a faint response. Once on her bed the young Weasly fell instantly asleep.

~"Don't let her move! If she moves she dies! Then we'll have to start all over!!"

"Sir she is only a child we cant do this to her!"

"We have no other choice. She was chosen, and therefore we must make this a success!!!"

Alchemy stirred as the voices seemed to become more real.

A man appeared, is face looking old and raged. Out he pulled a wand and one word escaped the mans wrinkled lips. "Transpono." A swirl of black seemed to hit Alchemy-

With a thrust Alchemy awoke in cold sweat. Looking around frantically for the old man an other voices that had been there. Except there was no one around as she lay in her bed. Not in the hallway.

"Wh-what.." She breathed confused. That wasn't like her other dreams, it felt to new, too...Alchemy noticed she wasn't crying. In a hurry the young girl rushed out of the bed and down to the library going around the moving staircases. In such silence she spoke a spell to help her find a book on all spells. Grabbing the book she was tooken to Alchemy oepned it and turned to the T section and looked for Transpono. The spell she had heard in her dream. However no such spell exsisted.

"Pheonix core.." A voice behind Alchemy spoke and the young wizard nearly peed herself out of shock and fear. Turning around she saw Ms. Daruer, the proffessor for prophecy, future telling, and star reading. Her eyes were glazed over and Alchemy froze. She was known to walk around the school at night and scraring students. "Rowan, Pine, and Ivy." The proffessor pionted to Alchemy's wand. "Unique wand you have there miss." Alchemy didnt respond. She did not have this professors class and was not aquainted in talking to her when she seemed drunk. Ms. Daruer continued non the less. "Plenty wands in the world, so why did that one choose you? Is it because he got tired of being up on a shelf?" The professor stalked closer to Alchemy.

Alchemy caught what the professor had said. "He?" She asked looking to her wand. It wasnt anything special. A simple 9" stick with a few cracks on the surface.

"Oh yes." Ms. Daruer replied. "He. The wand is a boy, and a naughty one at that. Many bad spells he has done before you got hold of him. So how did you get hold of him?" Alchemy stared at her wand. The story on how she came into possesion of such a old thing was one that a troll would sit still and listen to.

"I was walking in the muggle world, my father had no idea I was there and I had no idea how to get back. Me being there was a complete mistake infact. I was only 10 and had no idea that the green powder by the fireplace could transport me. Anyway I was crying because I wanted to go home." Alchemy told her story as if it was one of the ones she cherrished, all while stareing at the word in her hand. "As I walked and cried I tripped on this sticking up out of the ground. Thought it was a root or something so I tried to yank it out and throw it. However when I went to throw, a bright flashed happned and I was back home getting ready to chuck it. My father came running to me saying he was worried sick. Asked me where I had gone and I told him I transported to a burned down house that still had there chimminey. I've had the wand ever since." As Alchemy finsihed her story she saw that Ms. Daruer was gone and once again she was alone in the library. "The wand brought me back home.." She commented to herself then put it away. Suddenly feeling quit tired Alchemy forgot what she was doing in the library and went back to bed.

As she layed down she wondered. 'Why did I get up and go to the library anyway..?'
