You waited for wally at the end of the day, you fidgeted with the buttons of your coat until you saw the blue haired man walk towards you paper in hand.
He gave you a soft smile "ready for your first painting of the year?"
You smiled "i am!", he handed you the paper and on it was painted a red apple. ( i_Need_a_actual_life im looking at you 👁👁🫵)
You looked at it "oh thank you wally! Its so cute!"
Wally beamed happily "really? Oh im so glad you like it! I love apples, so it was only fitting to share it with you!"
You looked at him "why do you say that?" (Y/N pls spare the poor man, get the hint adrien agreste geez)
Wally chuckled opening the door for you "i like sharing things i love with others!"
The two of you walked out the building, you put the painting in your bag.
"Wally? Can i ask you something?"
Wally hummed in responce "mmhm?"
You looked at him "did i do or say something wrong? I feel like you've been avoiding me..", wally studied your face for a moment "no Y/N, im really sorry if i made you feel like that! Today had just been busier than normal..i'll make up to it! Promise!"
Before you realised it the two of you were standing at your house "alright, i'll keep you to that!"
You wished him goodnight and walked inside your home.

Wally waited for the door to close to make sure you made it safely inside, he then sighed making his way home.
He rubbed his face tiredly, walking up the steps to the red house.
"Home..please..let me in"
Silence
"Home please" he begged the..house?
The door creaked open, at the door way stood a figure.
"Do you really think you can come back?"
Wally looked at the person, it was an exact replica of wally..his hair messier, his eyes had wide black pupils and his clothes were dark colors.
Wally looked at him "please home..", home glared down at wally before stepping aside and watched wally hurry inside.
Wally ate an apple as home watched his every move.
"Do you have to stare at me?"
Home chuckled "you're adorable"
Wally glanced at home from the corner of his eyes "why do you say that?"
Home grinned "that you think you have a chance with them..what if they find out the truth? Do you really think they'll stay?"
Wally looked back at the apple "you. Are the truth."
Home nodded "exactly."

You stuck wally's little painting on the fridge, admiring it for a moment.
It was cute, you could see the brush strokes, some wet spots from water droplets.
You smiled softly "he even signed it.."
You walked back into the livingroom, cleaning the blanket and pillow off the couch.
You didnt like the silence, noone to talk to, to scare you as you ran into each other in the hallway.
You sighed bringing the stuff into your room, you looked at the bed, it was still messy from the previous night.
You neated it up a bit before you heard your phone ring, you walked in the livingroom answering it "hello?"
"Hello Y/N!"
"Oh hi julie!" You leaned against the wall (you have one of those phone that are stuck to the wall)
Julie happily giggled "oh Y/N you have to come to my party this weekend! You'll come right?"
You twirled the cable around your fingers "ofcourse julie! I'll be there!"
Julie let out a happy sigh "oh good! It starts saturday at 8 pm! I'll tell you the details tomorrow!"
You nodded "thats perfect, i'll see you tomorrow!"
Julie giggled "see you tomorrow buttercup! Goodnight!" She hung up before you could say a word.
"Buttercup? I could get used to that"
You hung the phone back in its holder.
