A/N: Just an additional chapter for Emily and Calvin, as I never actually officially wrote how they got together. ;)

I don't have any art for it yet, but I'll likely draw this as a comic in the future!

Enjoy this piece <3

Emily

"Calvin is in love with youuuu..."

I looked to the doorway where my sister had burst through. She had a big ol' smile on her face, a genuine one.

"How do you know that? He told you that he loved me? With his words?" I asked, trying to get more clarity before my heart could react.

No one has ever had me like that. Brandon did give me the whole list of embarrassing crush symptoms, but that felt more like anxiety. Nick was chill and fun. But Calvin had me head over heels, I couldn't get enough of him. The sight of his name above a store at the mall had me thinking of our previous cute interactions, and just like that, I was already smiling.

She sighed, "He asked if you were seeing anyone, although everyone in this hallway knows you two like-like each other from the giggles that could be heard on every floor the elevator passes when you two 'coincidentally' get on at the same time every afternoon."

That was definitely an exaggeration.

There is no way everyone on every floor could have heard Calvin and me when our elevator passed their floor.

"Do you really think he waits for me to get there every afternoon?" I asked, to which she threw a pillow at me from the edge of my bed.

"His class ends fifteen minutes before yours on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The other days, he gets back from the library 'just in time' to bump into you going up the elevator. How obvious can it be that the weirdo waits for you? Not to mention, he asked if you were seeing anyone," she spelled it out.

"He's not a weirdo. He's a cute weirdo," I told her, pushing back the smile breaking out from the sparkles blowing up my heart and raining everywhere.

"If I didn't know him and already like him for you, I'd be calling campus security. BUT this basically means he wants to ask you out because he's in love with you!!"

"BUT WHEN??!" I screeched, "Pleaseeee find out and tell me!"

"That'll ruin the moment," she giggled, "He's gonna be sad on your guys' marriage day when I'm telling the story of how you two got together and he finds out his 'ask' didn't surprise you because I was your spy."

"I don't care," I replied, somehow unable to cringe at the level of desperation in my voice, "PLEASE find out, Sare! Please, please, oh my gosh!! I'll go to one of those sporty soccer games playing in L.A. with you, wear the dorky merchandise, PLEASE SARAHHH!!"

Sarah rose an eyebrow, crossing her arms. "You were going to do that anyway."

"I know, but I won't complain," I promised immediately, laughing a bit as I heard how fast I said it.

I just had to know.

Sarah giggled as she walked away. "I'll ask, but I doubt the doofus knows what time, day and place he's going to propose a date with you."

Sarah

"So, when exactly are you planning to ask my sister out? Just curious," I came out and asked the guy as I walked through his unlocked dorm.

"Uhh.. WAIT, was she wondering? Does she already know? So it's a yes?" Calvin asked with the same excitable nervous energy my sister had.

Did I want him to know the moment was ruined by my interception?

Nah.

"She has no idea. Like I'd ruin one of my sister's big romance moments! What kind of person do you think I am, Waterman?" I attempted to seem inconspicuous and innocent.

He believed that terrible act somehow.

"Ah, you're right. Sorry, I just really want this to go well. Emily is so... amazing. I don't know if she even likes me. Did she say?" Calvin bumbled on.

As annoying and gross as it was to be the third party to this wheel of romance, I was genuinely excited for Emily. She wanted this so much, and he looked as if he wanted it even more.

"I'm not sure," I lied.

Yeah, Calvin was my friend, but protecting her secrets were far more important.

"I think I'll ask her the next time we run into each other," he decided, rubbing the back of his neck nervously. "Do you think she'll say yes, or-"

"JUST do it."

"Alright Nike. But do you honestly think she'll say yes? You're her sister, has she said anything?"

I sighed. If I said she hadn't spoken about him, he would think she's not interested. If I told the truth about how much she blabbed on and on about him, it would be a huge betrayal.

"Uhh, I'm not at liberty to say," I simply replied. It was honest.

"So she has?" Calvin desperately tried to read my face. "Yes? Is that a yes? Or a no? Oh, is it a no?"

I turned around, letting out a silent giggle with how he was acting. I was totally going to tell Emily about that.

"CALVIN, I'm not telling you! Just do whatever you're planning," I said as I began walking away, "And do it sooner than later."

"You wouldn't be suggesting I ask her out unless you already know she likes--"

"Just do it, Calvin!!" I cut him off, then shut the door behind me.

That guy was definitely right for my sister. Rightfully afraid of her rejection, head over heels ready to do anything for her, always making time to see her. I liked him so much more than Brandon (the doofus who played mind games, cheated on her, and broke her heart).

She was going to be so ecstatic about hearing the crazy way he acted!
