MITCH

I already had the saddle on Chimney and everything else is either packed in the saddlebag or already out in the pasture. I knew that her night was going to be late, but I needed to see her today. Sometimes we’re so busy that I don’t get the chance to see her and it kills me. Thankfully one of the guests at the wedding was nice enough to pass the flower and message off to Brielle. The lady almost cried when I told her what I wanted her to do. I’ve never considered myself a romantic, but this woman does some crazy things to me.

I mount onto Chimney and put my hand down, giving Brielle an extra pull as she gets onto the saddle behind me. I know she doesn’t need my help, but it strokes my ego a bit that she’d give me the honor. She scoots her body up flush to mine and wraps her arms around my midsection.

“You ready?” I ask her with a squeeze of her hands.

“Ready when you are.”

With a small kick and a “yip,” Chimney heads out of the barn in a slow gallop. Learning to ride a horse has been really weird, but the more I do it the better I get. Pretty sure he knows I’m almost useless, so he helps me out. I can’t believe I became so attached to a horse, but here I am. Brielle was right that Britt still comes to the barn to talk to him. I’ve walked in on her a few times and feel bad like I’m in her space.

She promised me that Max would have loved for me to have that connection with his horse though. Max was a cowboy through and through. I’m just a guy that happens to ride a horse like an amateur. This will always be Max’s horse.

“What is that on the ground up there?” Brielle asks to pull me out of my head.

“That’s our evening plans, my girl.”

“What in the world did you do?”

I pull up on the reins and Chimney slows down and then comes to a stop. I put my arm out to give Brielle something to hold onto as she dismounts and then I get off as well. I walk Chimney over to the tree nearby and wrap his reins around it giving him enough slack to move around and get comfortable.

There are two sleeping bags, a cooler, and a makeshift firepit waiting for us. I quickly get the fire started so it warms up for us. I grab the extra blankets from the saddlebag and make sure that Brielle is nice and cozy before opening the cooler and pulling out a couple of cans of beer.

“When did you do this?”

“I’m not telling you all my secrets. We haven’t had much chance to see each other these last few days. I wanted to do something nice.”

“It’s going to get cold, you know?”

“I wasn’t expecting we’d stay here all night,” I replied with a nudge to her side.

Brielle melted into my side, “That’s probably a good idea.”

“You know what else is a good idea?”

“What?”

“Making love under the stars.”

“Is that so?” She giggled.

“I think so. I read somewhere that it is good luck.” She knew I was just bullshitting her, but it was worth a try.

“We wouldn’t want to miss out on any good luck, would we?”

I had a plan of how I was going to do things, but all those were thrown away when she made the first move. Brielle drops the blanket from her shoulders and straddles my lap, pulling up her dress as she does. My cock notices the warmth of her pussy right away and I go from the semi I always have when she’d around to a full hard as fuck erection.
