So, I went on that date, and he sucks.
He kept bragging about how amazing he is.
I walked out fifteen minutes in.
While tip toeing in, I got caught by my dad, who was mad,
so now I'm grounded and my mom is the only one looking out for me.

Let's start with what happened down stairs while the others were upstairs.....
"So you really have nowhere else to go?" Asked Pansy.
"As I said, I'm on the run." Said Lyra.
"How exactly was Corbett involved with lilac." Asked Theodore.
"Alliances, encounters, blah, blah, blah." Said Lyra.
"Okay?" Said Pansy.
"Soooo, you're like, single now right?" Asked Noah with a small smirk.
Lyra turned to face him and narrowed her eyes.
"Dude, she murdered her husband." Whispered Theodore.
"I know, red flag." Said Lyra who somehow heard him.
Toxic or hot? Can't decide.
"Yeah, but umm, he was an ass, you said it yourself." Said Noah.
Pansy face palmed herself and Theodore shook his head.
"I would answer that, but I'd like some thing for it." Said Lyra.
"Hm, and what might that be?"
"Untie me."
Noah took a step back which only made Lyra smirk.
"You know we can't." Said Pansy.
"Hm, worth a try." She shrugged.
"Okay, so you're just gonna run and hide for the rest of your life." Said Theodore.
"Isn't that what I said?"
"You could join another Mafia?" Asked Noah, with a hopeful face.
"Can't, they aren't trust worthy and are cowards when it comes to lilac."
"We're not." Said Noah
Everyone's heads turn to him.
Lyra raises an eyebrow and opens her mouth to say something, when the rest of them walk in, excluding mattheo.
"So, have you thought about our offer?" Asked Tom with a low smile.
"Yes I have."
"Okay, and?"
"No."
Tom frowned,
"No?"
"No."
"And why's that?"
"I work solo."
Tom tilted his head.
"You do realize, by being alone, you raise your chance of getting caught and dragged back."
"I don't work with people, I don't trust people and I don't need people."
"You're risking too much."
"I choose my risks and I'm not scared of trouble."
"You will be when your life is on the line."
"You don't make my decisions."
"You're not thinking straight and letting your pride get ahead of you."
"I'm just merely curious."
"About what?"
"How desperate you are." She smirked and tom's eyes darkened.
Tom is known for holding his pride and ego high, desperation, isn't in his dictionary. But he knows he needs her to take down lilac, and as a great ally with the information she has on lilac and Corbett, along with her well trained skills.
"Fine." He said sternly.
Lyra's smirk grew.
"I'll admit, we do need your assistance."
"And?"
"And what?"
"How much do you need me?"
Tom was losing his calm at this point.
I'm sure I would. This missy is pushing her luck. But then again, I'd do the same.
"Please?"
Everyone's eyes widened and Noah pinched himself and flinched.
Lyra couldn't be happier.
"Hm, alright then, since you said please, I'll stay."
Tom rolled his eyes.
"Well Lyra Nightshade, welcome."
