"What happened to you today?" Danielle asked in a gentle and concerning way as where sat in the car to go back to our hotel room.

"N-nothing." I replied.

"Are...you sure?"

"Yeah."

The entire ride back was silent. Dani didn't say anything more to me. I suppose she understood that i didn't want to talk about it. Tears filled my eyes when I thought of what Michael was trying to do to me back then. I was on the verge of crying. I stared out my room's window. Everything he did to me came back the moment I saw his face. How he harassed me and groped me. How he'd stare at me. Water droplets had started falling from the sky all of a sudden.

It was raining.

My mouth dried at sight of water coming down from the sky. I remember the nights my uncle made me stand outside as punishment all night long whilst it rained. A sudden knock on the door turned my attention from my past. "Come in," I said.

"So this is where you're staying, huh?" Ivy said as she stomped inside and I gulped a lump in my throat.

"What the hell are you doing here?" I clenched my teeth.

"What do you mean? I came to see my sister." She said innocently and flashed a fake smile at me.

"Cut the crap, Ivy." I tried to keep myself calm. How dare she even walk up into my room like that and call me her sister after all she and her parents have done to me. After ruining my life!

"Why the fuck are you back here?" She said with anger burning in her voice. "When we had finally gotten rid of you, you just had to come back!" She yelled.

"Isabelle? Is someone here? I heard someone yelling. I'm coming in." Dani barged into my room. "The hell are she doing here?" She asked me.

"I have no idea."

"Guards! Take this bitch out of here." Two guards stomped over to the door of my room.

"Yes ma'am." They said and dragged Ivy out as she screamed at them to let her go.

"I honestly can't believe she had the nerve to show up here. After everything she's done to me. After every way she's ruined my life." I said as the guards took her away.

"You okay?" Dani asked and I nodded. "Did she do anything? Do you know why she was here?"

I shook my head, "No, and no."

Danielle opened her mouth to say something but her phone started ringing. She took it out of her pocket and narrowed her eyes at her phone. Perhaps because of who was calling her. "I've to take this. Excuse me." She said and left.

The days were passing in a blur. I had been here for a week and fortunately, Ivy hadn't bothered me ever since she showed up at my hotel. Every time she saw me, she walked the other way. My days were peaceful except all those disgusting smirks and stares Michael shot at me.

I walked out of the examination hall and went to where the lockers were, waiting for Lucy. She had chosen science as her stream while I chose commerce. I looked down at my watch. I glanced at the hallway looking  for Lucy.

"It's been a while, Isabelle." My eyes widened as someone spoke from behind me.

Shit.
