The evil war

They say war is never a choice,

They say war solely destroys,

I say, sure, in the lives

you carry on, with no pain or strife,

Be a jew, or a pole

Or a worker of the soviet state

And knowing nazis dug a deep hole

For your whole people, to bury and cremate

Poles waged a struggle, Warsaw tells a tale

(Warsaw uprising 1944)

The red army, through blood they prevail

And the Jews, the "worst" of all,

From France to Ukraine, their bravery recalled

But would you say " We will not fight, Let them come

Let them gas me, my dad and mum?"

They say war is pure nonsense

They say war benefits none,

I say, well, the fact you're here

and you family and friends are all there,

Amidst all past crusades, famines and wars,

Amidst all we read and abhorred

Do you think your forefather

Made it alive saying "Bloodshed has no honor"?

History is a tale of genocides

Where the one survived, was the strongest side,

If that makes men devil, that's quite okay

For when push comes to shove, ends the word play,

Humans would rather be alive being demonic

Than die without fight, in hopes of being called angelic,
