Cold outside

A while later, and I'm outside.

Just standing here. Favourite pastime of mine. It's just so... peaceful. And it's been a while since I saw the stars. 

I don't get out much.

I met the rest of 'The Umbrella Academy' and, wow, I can see the similarities.

First up we have Luther, Number One. Super Strength. Same as Marcus really, so I don't really worry about angering him in the future. Alias: "Spaceboy"

Number Two, Diego. Perfect aim. Basically he can curve the path of any object. More annoying than Ben, somehow. Alias: "The Kraken"

Third on the list we have Allison. I knew something was up when I drank that coffee. Her power is mind control. Apparently it only works when she says 'I heard a rumour...'. Explains why I drank when I didn't want to. Alias: "The Rumour"

Fourth, Klaus. Can speak to the dead. He's amazing, honestly. Apparently he turned to drugs and alcohol after being haunted by his powers, but he's funny and I have a feeling I'm going to get on well with him. Alias: "The Séance"

Number Five. Space and time travel. Can teleport and go to different times, basically. Alias: "The Boy"

A/N: I had to check their nicknames in wikipedia cause i couldn't remember. So creative. "The boy". Amazing

Klaus also introduced me to his ghost friend. Number Six, Ben. Same as my brother Ben, but dead. Still as annoying, from what Klaus was telling me. Same powers as well, being able to summon tentacles from himself. Alias: "The Horror"

Number Seven, Viktor. No powers. I find that quite strange. A great violin player though. And Allison hates him. Wrote a book on them apparently. Alias: "The White Violin"

You know, I find it strange. A family this dysfunctional and yet they still live and work together.

You know what else I find strange? The fact that Luther has the same power as Marcus. And that Five and I share the same power. It's odd. I was talking to Luther earlier, and he's nothing like Marcus. Yet Klaus was comparing me to Five, asking me trivial questions. And putting my answers against his brothers. It's weird. 

It's cold outside tonight. That's fine by me. I like it cold. It reminds me of peace, for some reason.

I'm looking at a map of the city, and see a doughnut shop. 'Griddy's Doughnuts'. Cool.

I walk away, out of the garden, heading to this shop, grabbing my blazer in the process.

Hope this isn't eventful.
