The Forgiven Crime

Harry waited anxiously, his godfather trying to distract him the whole time. The soon to be 13 year old couldn't help but be terrified about losing his first friend, his best friend.

~Calm down My Harry, we are almost completed.~ Marvolo's voice rang through his head, shoulders instantly relaxing. Theo happened to walk by and wrap his arms around Harry's waist causing him to blush.

"Hey Harry, wanna go fly?" His head was in the crook of the shorter boys neck.

"Sorry Thee, Marvolo is getting his body back today. He's going to need help getting around." Theo scoffed and gave Sirius a look.

"Har I'm sure one of his devoted followers can help him. Plus he's been in there for hours. You could use some fresh air." Harry could feel the pain his friend was in through the bond and glanced at the door.

"They're almost done Theo, maybe tomorrow? Draco might want to fly," Theo rolled his eyes. Harry couldn't see but Sirius had to hide his chuckle in a cough.

"Go on prongslet I'll call for you when he's done." Sirius ruffled both boys hair. "You two are just adorable," Harry looked down and Sirius glared at Theo.

"Alright...as long as you come get me." The man watched the two retreating figures, Theo looking over his shoulder to shoot him a wink making a small growl escape his lips. There he stood 45 minutes later still glaring at the door when Lucius walked out shaking horrifically.

"Wh..what's with you Mutt?"

"Your stupid ward swept Harry off he's probably out there ruining my poor pup!" He pouted dramatically and his gaze shifted to the red, angry, HOT man behind the blonde. There was a small arm holding him up, Cissy doing her best with his weight.

"My lord he's too young to realize what lady magic has gifted him. You must let him find that out himself." The man grumbled something but took a few deep breaths and his eyes shifted back to blue. 

"Your right sorry Cissy, it's just more difficult in this body." She rolled her eyes.

"Well you better not turn back into a snake, Siri help Lucius to his room." He nodded, sending a patronus to let Harry know and then helped his shaking cousin-in-law to his room.

"Sirius, Severus just arrived, could you greet him?" The man grasped his bed frame with his almost translucent skin.

"Will you be ok?" He nodded and waved him off. As he walked out Harry ran past him in panic, "he's fine Harry!" He called out but the boy was gone. The man sighed and made his way downstairs to see a pissed off Severus. "Aw don't be like that sweety, it didn't mean a thing." Sirius teased.

"Shut up you idiotic dog! Where is he?"

"Luci meant no harm love he was-"

"Sirius shut up and take me to the Dark Lord you fool." Padfoot huffed and proceeded to lead the way.

"No one cares about ole Sirius Black anymore," he sighed dramatically.

"Did they ever?" Now Sirius was a sensible man and knew this was Sev's humor at this point but something inside him aches a bit as of recently.  They were quite as they continued, Severus sneaking suspicious glances in the others way. 'maybe I took it too far,' he thought but said nothing.  They walked in after knocking, Harry sat criss cross next to Marvolo, both reading.

"My Lord!" Severus bowed deeply. "Please, for the love of Merlin shut that old fool up! He owls me daily from his cell trying to get answers or help." Marv chuckled looking up from his book. Harry kept 'reading' but was now grinning.

"Oh please Severus stand up your making me feel silly, I'll take care of him when I'm well, then I want that headmaster position." Harry's head snapped over and Severus's eyes widened.
