Guard drones started surrounding Groot, trying to get him to surrender.
"Prisoner, drop the device immediately and retreat to your cell, or we will open fire." A guard said from the watch tower.
Groot started rowing taller as his branches extended. "I am Groot!" He roared.
"Fire!" All the drones started shooting at Groot.
"Damnit 5 the hell?!" Roxanne yelled as she just nearly dogged a bullet. She groaned as she picked up a random piece of debris and threw it at a drone, knocking it to the ground before stomping it into pieces.
"All prisoners return to your sleeping areas." The guard announced, not gonna happen.
Rocket started running towards Groot, avoiding bullets while doing so, and climbs up Groot's back.
"You idiot! How am I supposed to fight these things without my stuff!?" Rocket yelled at him.
"And it would be way easier if I had my hammer right now!" Roxy yelled up to them. She missed her signature weapon.
"The animal is in control. Fire on my command!" Guards ran up, all armed with guns.
Roxanne turns to the guards, kicking one of them to the ground before grabbing the gun out of his hands. She was about to attack the other ones, but Drax ran up to them and threw the other guards into a wall, knocking them all out.
Roxanne raised an eyebrow
"Creepy little beast!" Drax called out to Rocket before throwing the gun to Rocket.
"What, so you're helping us now?" Roxanne huffed, cocking her gun.
"No, I do not like you, or Gamora. The others are tolerable." Said Drax.
"Cool..." Roxy shrugged before running off.
Roxanne ran into Gamora, who was currently fighting off some guards Gamora trapped a guard's arm with her leg, as she spotted the armband they needed.
"I'll need this."
"Good luck. It's internally w—" The guard suddenly went silent, before falling to the ground.
"Did you shoot him?!" Gamora asked Roxanne, mouth agape.
Roxy bent down towards the body, taking the armband right off. Roxanne nodded.
"See?It was that simple." Roxy grinned. "Whatever, Throw it to Rocket." Gamora sighed.
