“This is amazing, Bex. What is it anyway?” Luke is saying as he puts the PaavBhaji in his mouth.
“Thanks, Luke. It’s an Indian Cuisine. PaavBhaji. Wait, I’ll get you more. Lex? Ben? You want more?” she asks us.
“No. Thanks.” So, Bex turns back to the kitchen.
“Are you freaking crazy?” I ask Luke.
“What did I do now?” he asks innocently.
“How can you eat it?” I ask him.
“Weel, it’s gooood.” He answers.
“This guy is suffering from mental dilemma of some kind.” Ben says.
“Or..” I trail off.
“Or?” Luke questions.
“Or you are in love with Alex’s sister.” Ben completes me.
“Abso-freakin’lutely.” I agree with him.
Bex comes back with a bowl of PaavBhaji and offers it to Luke.
“Thank you, baby.” He takes it and kissed her. On the lips. In front of us.
“Ewww. Get a room.” Ben mutters.
“Hey, this is OUR room.” Bex replies and goes back to her kissing.
“What are they trying to do? Eay each other?” Ben asks me.
“Possibly.” I answer.
“Yuck. I can’t bear it. I am going out.”
“Take me along. I can’t see them exchanging—Eww..” I get up with him.
“Let’s go. Wait, let’s take the pastries I got.”
“Yeah, they will eat each other while we eat pastries.” And we get outta there.
