IN SEARCH OF HER...

EPILOGUE

Loud claps resonated in the entire hall while the Maheshwari and Agarwal couple wiped their happy tears. Reyansh stood there with a smile on his face. He was the only one who had stood strong by Sameer's side and had seen his struggles in his professional as well his personal life.

After watching Sameer and Naina's happy moments, everyone present in the hall cheered for them. The coach too admired the couple. The teammates whistled and hooted and continued shouting, "Party... party... party..."

Sameer and Naina stood happily and graciously accepted all the good wishes. Few questions were posed by the reporters about their relationship which they answered happily turn by turn. Naina had been a little conscious while replying but Sameer wrapped his arm around her waist and murmured, "Just be yourself Naina... Daro mat... main hun yahaan tumhare saath."

They continued posing and answering for another few minutes and while everyone was enjoying the party after the interview session was over, Sameer pulled Naina towards the dressing room. That was the only place where they could get some privacy for now. He was so desperate to be with her alone.

Before leaving, Sameer turned and nodded in Reyansh's direction who got his silent message. Naina didn't get any chance to look around and find her parents as Sameer rushed her out of the hall.

As soon as they reached the dressing room, Sameer locked the door. Naina looked on confused, "Darwaaza kyun band kar rahe ho? Aur tum... tum mujhe yahaan aise kyun lekar aaye? Tumhare teammates ko agar yeh dressing room use karna hoga toh? Sab hume wahaan dhoondenge Sameer."

Sameer took slow steps in her direction, "Abhi yahaan koi nahi aayega Naina, sab busy hai party karne mein? Aur main tumhe yahaan kyun laaya aur darwaaza band kyun kiya, uska jawaab tumhe abhi thodi der mein mil jaayega. Aur hume koi dhoondhne bhi nahi aayega. Ab itne acche proposal ke baad mera bhi toh thoda haqq banta hai meri fiancé ke saath akele time spend karne ka. Waise bhi main peechle kuch dino se practice mein busy tha, thik se dekh bhi nahi paata tha tumhe."

Naina smiled yet was a little worried, "Haan... main jaanti hun hum peechle kuch dino se thik se mile nahi hai, par aise sab ke saamne se achanak gaayab ho jaana, mujhe thik nahi lag raha Sameer. Sab kya sochenge hamare baare mein?"

"Koi kuch nahi sochega aur tum itna tension kyun le rahi ho? Main hun naa yahaan tumhare saath. Jo hoga wohh baad mein ek saath dekh lenge. Par abhi filhaal mujhe meri Naina ko acche se dekhna hai.", Sameer reasoned.

"Sameer... tum mujhe pehle yeh baatao ki tumne wohh note padha tha ya nahi? Aur wohh Soniya ka achanak se yun maafi maangna, mujhe kuch samajh nahi aa raha Sameer. Please bataao aisa kya hua ki wohh madam aise sabke saamne shareef ladki bann gayi aur maafi maangne lagi?", Naina asked the obvious that was disturbing her since Soniya apologized in front of the media.

Sameer unheard her questions and continued walking towards her. Naina saw through his burning gaze and realized why he had brought her here. He wanted her. She could see that clearly in his dark orbs. They hadn't spent any alone time since last few days and now, both of being alone here in the dressing room clearly pointed towards his not so innocent intentions.
