Terra's true name is Alioth II.
Alioth II was visited by Humanity in the Earth year 2455. The visitors were colonists from the Extrasolar Visual Exoplanet division, also known as the EVE division. They left after the Castastrophes started occuring.
There are EVE ruins scattered across the wastes, though many have fallen.
