Having had such a dream, I woke up for real this time, which took a few seconds to realise. Waking up in a dream - this was a little weird.
As soon as I did, my feelings totally differed to the utter absence of them at the end of my dream. I right away felt worried, being emotionally on pins and needles, that is nervous. The first thing that came on my mind is not care about anything else other than Sunny, that is my sluggishness and the annoying sound of alarm.
Right away I jumped off my bed, taking the least care to make it up, and proceeded to Sunny's room at a fast pace. Everything surrounding me didn't just have enough meaning right now, it all didn't matter. I had to make sure everything was fine.
Pursuing such intent, I took no much time to approach the room that was fateful in my strange dream. For some reason, when I tried to recall the events of it, I remembered everything clearly at first, but then it would slip my mind, not pressuring me mentally anymore. But that happened after I made everything clear for me.
As my mind pressured me to go check up on my brother, I had no more time to recollect anything that didn't even happen in the real world. It didn't take me any effort to walk up to the room that was a few meters away from this one.
When I approached it and stood by the door, I first decided to take a listen, if there was any sound of action inside. Some sounds indeed came out. I realised it was Sunny snoring.
... What a sleepyhead, - I thought jokingly.
Hearing the sound of snore caused me to exhale out of relief. I had nothing much to worry about, as nothing bad happened. Thus, I made sure he's there in safety.
Gradually the feeling of panic abated, I began thinking sober and stopped worrying. Now everything I had to do was to peek inside, for the sake of getting visual confirmation of my presumption.
With this intent I silently opened the door just a little so I could see the room. Sunny was there, lying in his bed, holding Mewo in his arms. The little creature felt very comfortable sleeping with such care. Seeing this reminded me of a funny picture in Basil's photo album, which I haven't held or even got a sight of for a good while.

Now remembering this picture, I thought of the funny times we had. Sunny was so adorable sleeping in that large box. This evoked some warm feelings inside me.
However, slightly after, those warm feelings were replaced by sudden sense of fright, caused by me remembering the end of my dream. Now I had to get a more plausible confirmation that Sunny is Sunny.
I approached him, trying not to make loud sounds. I could hear his steady breath and snoring sounds. When I got close, I set my hand on his shoulder, just as I did in the dream. This caused Sunny to wake up.
Muttering some nonsensical sounds, the boy stretched in his bed, bringing his arms up. After that he looked at me with an expression of surprise on his face.
