Andre couldn't help but grin as he tugged Rome through the hallways , basically skipping as he pulled the taller teen along happily

The school day was finally over , and their plans after school was making Andre so giddy he had been basically bouncing about the entire day , it made rome warm , amused by his boyfriend and could only love him that much more for it

Andre fiddled with his braids , looking through inspo pics as rome drove back to his place

" I think imma try something different again , like , look how cute this is , rome ", Andre gushes as he looked through Pinterest

Locks , dreads , braids inspo on his phone , Roxy would be at romes place when they got back - the woman Andre has been getting his braids from since a young age . But now rome paid her double so that she would do it at his place , and pay for her food when food breaks were needed

She was a sweet woman , and she was kind of a mother figure to Andre , who had all but non stop gushed about rome for weeks before the women met him when he tagged along and begun to pay for Andre whenever he got his hair done

She approved of the Prince treatment Andre was being given

Rome blinks , eyes widening in a start when Andre pushes the phone closer to his face while he drove and he spared a small glance over before he kept his eyes on the road

" mhm , real cute , baby , but don't be pushing things in my face while I'm driving , okay ", he hums out , reaching out and giving Andre's thigh a small squeeze , Andre hums half mindedly , barely paying attention as he went deep into what he could do for his hair , and if it would suit his face and head shape

Rome was laying down , sprawled out over his sofa as Roxy and Andre gossiped , Andre occasionally showing him a picture of styled hair that he might be getting between tonight and the next day depending on how long it may take

Rome grinned when he looked up , half of Andre's hair unbraided , puffy and frizzy on the left side of his head . It had been just over 2 hours since Roxy had begun to do Andre's hair

" shut up ", Andre grumbles , lips puckining up into a pout when rome chuckles and Roxy stops her talking to look between the pair with a soft smile

" but baby , you look so cute ", rome smiles , sitting up slightly on the couch

Andre only rolls his eyes , obviously not believing him even if rome had said the same thing so many times whenever he had sat through the long hours of Andre getting his hair re done

" seriously , I love your natural hair ", rome tells him , his soft smile and honest eyes telling the truth to his words

" he ain't lying , Andre , your natural hair is gorgeous . Like , damn , I wish my hair was as long as yours ", Roxy sighs out , her words slightly accented as she spoke , her words make rome chuckle in amusement , knowing Roxy was most likely wearing a wig at the moment

He had seen the woman's natural hair , it was tight in curls , down to her scalp and had barely any length . She hated it , it was how she got into hair dressing . Over the years her hair had grown about two inches or so , but it wasn't even enough to be half the length of Andre's natural hair .

His hair , dispute being frizzy and messy currently , was just past his shoulders in length . Meaning if it were straight it would only show to be longer . His natural curls weren't too tight , either . They didn't shrink his hair up to his scalp but brought it to a decent length at a couple inches away from reaching his shoulders . When his hair was dry , it was fluffed out into a Afro around his head , but he didn't like it no matter how many times rome would tell him how beautiful his hair was.

" you both just gushing over nothing ", Andre rolls his eyes , crossing his arms over his chest as he slumped down slightly

Roxy could only tsk at him with a shake of the head , going quiet as she continued to comb the braids from his hair and rome frowns

He stands , coming over to stand behind where Andre was sat , Roxy stood in front of him and looking up at his presence

Rome lightly touches Andre's unbraided hair before leaning down to kiss the top of Andre's head , tilting his head up slightly

" your gorgeous , darling . Every part of you , that includes your hair"
