BLOOD MOON PACK

"Hey, now that she has refused to be your mate what are you going to do?" Clive asked his best friend who had not spoken from the time they left the nemeton.

"I don't know. The gods can do what they want I cannot go begging her to be with me. I don't think she will want to unite with us I guess we will just unite with vampires if this doom comes. Though they are our enemies, it's easier to reason with them." Darrell said trying to hide his emotion, but you could still feel the sadness in his voice. Deep inside him he was disappointed though he had expected that seeing that her mother had also rejected his father, but he was hoping it would be different with him. But it seemed like he was inheriting everything from his father including bad mates. He now wanted to get away to the lake so he could be alone and also let out his frustration. Clive seemed to sense this because he left him alone and joined his mate who was helping kids with their schoolwork. He comes from behind her and kisses her neck. Isabella turns around and gives him a peck on his lips. There was a series of 'yuck' and 'ewes' that were heard from the kids who were watching them. Isabella blushed furiously and hid her face in her mate's chest. Clive chuckled at this. He asked the kids to go and play outside in the park and he and his wife went to their room. The long day without seeing her and he was missing her like crazy. Soon their clothes were flying everywhere in the room. Later when they were lying naked under the sheet Isabella asked how it had gone with the meeting with the hunters.

"I am really worried about Darrell the huntress refused to be his mate though he is trying to act like he has not been hurt by the rejection, but you can see clearly that he is being a mess especially now that he has been reject."

"And where is he now?" Isabella asked as she drew little circle on her mate's chest lazily. The two found each other on the annual mate ball. At that time Darrell had already found his mate. Katherine had welcomed Isabella to the pack and though she was an omega before meeting Clive they had welcomed her like she was a royal. Because of that she always felt that she owed to them that their marriage was standing.

"He looked like he really needed to be alone, so I left him and me think for walk and most likely to the lake. Since Katherine died, he has been going there too much. But as long as he doesn't become like his father, I am okay." Clive said.

Gordon was enjoying as the wind blew his black fur, he breathed the cool woody air he continued running until he came to the lake that he liked. He drank the water, and he went inside the water until he was soaked to the bone, and he came from the water, and he shook it off his fur and he lay on the rocks that formed the cliff he let the sun rays dry him as he enjoyed the warmth.

"Darrell, don't you think this is quite calming out here I always hate the pack house a lot of noise and father with his dramas with mother." Gordon said to his human who laughed as he remembered when his mother had forced his father to wear makeup and high heels and walk around the royal wing on them Isabella had laughed so had until she got hiccups and she did not stop until Katherine tried to get her floor as she held her stomach but Katherine was not in a better situation and him and Clive had been force to lift the floor. Immediately he remembered Katherine his mood changed, and he went back to his sad mood. Gordon tried to think of something that would make him not think of Katherine, but he could not come up with anything.

"It would have been more relaxing if Katherine would be here with me." Darrell said and Gordon nodded his head in agreement.

What if you talked to her parent about the prophecy maybe they would try to convince her for you that you need to be together." Gordon suggested.

"I don't think they will want to help us with all the torture my father is giving them and also her mother rejected my father, so I don't expect more out of her." Darrell told his wolf.

"But it does not hurt to try, and this situation is different from you father's. At least you have a reason you want to be mates with their daughter and your reason is benefiting their world so maybe they will have a soft spot for you." Gordon continued to insist that he should go see her parent. After arguing with him for long he agreed, and he went back to the pack house to talk with her parents.
