CHAPTER FOUR

NOTHERN MOUNTAIN

Inside a big mansion that is on a valley on the northern mountains, three vampires are seated on throne chair in room that has high chandeliers it had the ancient Greek architecture. there are two other vampires that are standing before the three thrones.

"Lord Melvyn we are here to report a crime that has been done by the witches." One of the men that seemed to be their leaders said.

"And what is the crime, Jasper?" asked Melvyn who is in the middle and the other two vampire are on his sides and his chair is on higher ground than his colleagues.

"They have harmed one of ours today at dawn," the door of the throne opens and a wounded vampires that has black blood oozing off from his wounds and if you looked closely you could see the black soot that outlined the wounds the vampire is being supported by two vampire on either sides "the victim was out hunting but was meet his doom by when out of the bloom he was attacked by the malicious witch" jasper said dramatically.

"Jasper what is your relationship with the victim?" asks Melvyn. 

"He is my brother sir," replied Jasper.

"What was your brother doing on the witches' land if I may ask? I thought you knew that we do not deal with cases of harm that befallen someone if they are outside our lands." Pointed Melvyn "sir his prey had led him there and we think that it had been told to do so because it was like an ambush." Argued Jasper. Melvyn stood up in his vampire speed and he was immediately on Jasper's side causing him to jump back in flight. Melvyn was the oldest vampire hence making him the strongest and the fastest he had also heightened senses and the most cunning for that matter. He was quite feared by all the supernatural beings and that included the vampires that were in the throne room shitting in their pants. He walked slowly around Jasper making him become colder if that was even possible and a cold sweat beads would be seen on his forehead as the strongest vampires went around him his hand held behind him as his black cloak dragged behind him making he look more intimidating he had bright red eyes that turned black when angered or when thirsty and had a black jet of hair that was neatly brushed and oiled his skin like all vampires was pale.

"Jasper we will look into the matter and if it's true what you say that the attack was planned then we shall take the necessary measures, but it be no lie because I would hate to turn savage and kill every person you have ever loved or even talked to that would be very tragic." Said the old vampire in a cold hard terrifying voice. The men that had come to report the incidence practically ran out of the throne room after their king had finished and told them to take jaspers' brother to the hospital in the home of the vampires. As the door shut loudly the two old vampire besides Melvyn looked at him waiting for him to give a go ahead on what s to be done about the attack on one of them.

"Looks like we are starting to go back to when we used to fight with the witches, I can believe that we are going to be doing this again." Said Myles who is sitting on the right of Melvyn.

"If the ask for war that is what....... "Reece is cut short when the doors of the throne room are opened loudly and a vampire lady with office comes. She bows lowly before the three vampires.

"My lord, beta Clive would like to speak to you he says it's urgent." Says the lady. Melvyn goes down to the lady to get phone.

Melvyn: Clive what is so urgent that you had to interrupt my meeting?

Clive: and good afternoon to you too Melvyn. Basil has asked for immediate council meeting come as quick as you can.

Melvyn: why is the meeting happening anyway?

Clive: Katherine was attacked this morning and basil has confirmed it's the hunters that did it.

Melvyn: okay we are on our away.

"Gentlemen the blood moon asks for an urgent council because their Luna was attacked by a hunter as their former alpha has said." Melvyn told his deputies. "Remind me again why we can't just sit here and let the filthy dogs deal with their little problem alone." Asks a frustrated Myles as the three vampires get up from their throne and walk to the doors that are being held open by guards that looked very serious.

"London ask Seamus to prepare guards that will accompany us to the blood moon pack" Reece commands one of the guards at the door/ by the time they are getting to the front door so they can leave they find five guard all well-armed with big silver swords and shot guns of the side pocket. They are wearing the black guard uniform. They all vamp to the blood moon pack.
