At Sacks estate Leo, Donnie, and Mikey were in glass containers as Sack entered the room.
Sacks: Oh, my. Wow. Unbelievable. Let me look at you. I'm a hard guy to impress, but... This is just... Oh, my God. Wow! And we were gonna use rabbits! Can you imagine that? All we were trying to do is create an antidote.
Leo: For what?
Sacks: Say that again. I want to hear your voice.
Leo: For what?
Sacks: Wow. Well, uh, we had this plan. A plan that we're ready to put back online today. I'll show you. Karai, um... Show them.
Two soldiers grab one of the other soldiers.
Sacks: Do you know my building, Sacks Tower? Got that great big spire up on top? That spire is filled... with tons of chemical toxins.
Karai then injects the toxin into the solider and his skin burns with acid.
Sacks: Bad stuff. That kinda bad. In a few hours, Shredder is going to unleash all that stuff over the whole city. The initial death toll will shake world governments to their core. In 30 days, the city of New York will be a quarantine zone. And that is where my company comes in. I'm going to save everyone with the antidote that is made from the mutagen that is oozing through your blood. The government will then send Sacks Industry a blank check and I'm going to be rich. Like, stupid rich. Shredder will force this city to live under our rule. We will be gods.
With Ronin, and Raph they approach Sacks estate.
Vern: Yeah, I've thought about... I've thought about doing, not becoming a ninja, but I was doing a bunch of yoga for like, 10 days at one point, and, uh, I pulled a hamstring.
April: There's the gate right there.
Vern: There it is.
Raph: Ram the gate.
Vern: "Ram the gate"? This is Channel 6 property.
Ronin: We said ram the gate!
Vern: All right, everybody, strap in!
They ram the gate as Foot Soldiers shoot at them and hit a door and were backing up when they got shot at. Raph breaks through the van followed by Ronin. Raph takes out of the soldiers as Ronin knocks the gun out of the other solider and knocks him out.
Raph: Follow us!
Inside an alarm activates.
Sacks: I'll take this canister to New York to withdraw the mutagen. Make sure that you drain all their blood. Time to take a bite out of the Big Apple.
Sack takes the case with the mutagen and leaves as Ronin and Raph fight their way through the building.
Foot Solider: Hey! Get out of here!
Ronin: Nope!
Ronin punches him in the face and knocks him out.
Raph: Leo!
Mikey: About time.
Ronin: Sorry, we hit traffic.
Raph tries to break the glass but can't.
Raph: What the...
Shredder: Raphael. Y/N L/N. Glad you could join us. The fourth and fifth cages are for you.
Ronin and Raph ran at Shredder, but he grabs the two but before he could do anything Ronin breaks out and tackles Shredder down a level.
Raph: Y/N!
