Location: basketball game

"That was a foul what are you doing " I yelled seeing this boy playing forcefully against Toni

They might as well put me on the floor cause they not calling none of these fouls

He blew the whistle at me and I flicked him off

"Come on Toni " Mari yelled while clapping watching him grab the ball from his opponent

"Do what we practiced come on" von yelled and he shot the ball beating the buzzer and everybody went crazy

His team just one 80-75 thanks to him

He ran up to my side with tears in his eye

"Ma did you see that" he asked me and I pulled him in for a hug

"Yes I'm so proud of you , you made for this " I told him while leaning closely so he could hear me better

He let me go and gave Mari and von a hug

They told him good luck and Jay dapped him up congratulating him and out the corner of my eye I saw von mugging him

He still heated form a incident the occurred last week

Toni left and went to show respect to the other team leaving us and I felt the tension immediately

"Jayda you coming out to eat with us" von asked me and I opened my mouth to speak before I could answer Jay interrupted me

"Nah we got somewhere to be" Jay said and I closed my mouth and von was looking at me

"Maybe next time" I said and he shook his head while grabbing me pulling me close to him

"Aye-if you know what's best for you , you gonna mind your business " jay started to say before von cut him all the way off and he looked mad

"Go say hi to the team while I go talk to jayda" Von told Mari and he nodded while walking away

Von pulled me outside of the building towards his car and I got a glance of jay mugging me

Von don't know how much trouble he getting me in right now

I got in the passenger seat and he got in the front one and I just sat down being quiet

"What's going on with you" he asked me and I have a million answers for that question but I can't tell him

"Nothing I told you I just needed a break from everybody" I told him and he shook his head

"A break from me I get but you know you like a mother to them how you think it affected them when you just stopped coming around and wanting to spend time with them, Jayda you didn't even answer a phone call" he went off and I just stayed quiet everything he said is right but I never did those things willingly

"Von you know how much I love them I would never want to hurt them in any way" I told him and he looked at me like I was lying

"You love them but you couldn't answer a phone call matter fact where your phone at now" he asked me and my heart dropped

I went quiet again maybe if I stay like this he gonna forget it

"You don't hear me talking to you where your phone jayda" he asked me and I let a breath

"Jay took it I snuck it back before we left"I mumbled hoping he didn't hear me and I never seen him so serious

"Took your phone you a grown women what he be doing jayda " he asked me and I just decided to tell him it's no point he gonna find out eventually
