Dear Dad 💗

Dear Dad i want to be like you patient loving caring and full of joy
You bring joy to everyone's life
Heart filled with hopes and dreams
Wanting to see me creating new means
Eyes always filled with hopes for me
But I have never gave them reason to shine
Wish I had become your strength instead of weakness
Want to bring joy to your life
I always see you struggling with life
Trying to make ends meet
But I never gave you reason to rest
You are craving for comfort you desired for life
But I never let you have that
Heart filled with joy and dreams
You never lose hope for me 💗
You have become lamp for me
Burnin day and night to give light to me
I never left a chance to let you down
Breaking every promise that I made to you
God save me from this sin
Dear Dad i always think how I got you free
I must have done some good deeds to get you in this dream
I always pray to God to make you my dad in every life I can only dream.
This poem is dedicated to the only person who see potential in me inspite of my failures my dad I call him Daddy cuz in some Punjabi families we daughters do. Also I'm indebited to him forever ♾️
Love you dad you are my best friend. I want a ghar jamai to be always with you I love you more than mom.
