You stop making yourself sad with the thought of him belonging to someone else and start getting ready. Emiko has been texting you all day and harassing you at school because of how excited she is and she decided to go over to your house so you can get ready together.

You open the door and Emiko comes in looking disheveled.
"Are you okay?" you ask concerned
She looks at you and her eye twitches "OMG Y/N I WENT TO GET MY DRESS TAILORED and THEY MESSED IT UP!!"
You take the dress from her and look at it "Emi it's not bad what did they mess up?"
She snatches the dress out of your hands and she looks at you like as if you are crazy for not seeing it.
"NOT BAD Y/N? Its way too short!! I wanted it longer!" She says as she positions the dress over her body to show you the length.
You mentally face palm and look at her "Emi it's not bad, you will still look good please stop worrying"
Before Emiko can speak there is a knock at the door, you open the door and on the porch there is a package. It is neatly wrapped and has a note sticking out.
'I'm sorry I couldn't be there and see you Y/n but you know how work is. Please do not think that I dont want to be there for your big moments because I do. Unfortunately I was not able to today but I am constantly thinking of you always. I got you and Emiko these pieces of jewelry I hope you love them. —Mom'
The note almost brings you to tears. The jewelry inside is beautiful and will go perfectly with your dress! You show some of the pieces to Emiko and her mood is instantly brought back up.

You and Emiko are pretty much ready. Emiko had asked you to curl her hair and you were just finishing that up as she put on her necklaces.
Just as the two of you finish up there is another knock on the door. You felt yourself stiffen, you would be lying if you said that you weren't nervous. Emiko takes the liberty of opening the door, she almost tackles her boyfriend to the ground once she sees him. You walk over to the door and your eyes meet Sakasas.
"Hi."
"Hey!"
Sakusa looks at you and your figure and a light pink tint covers his cheeks. You giggle at his non verbal response to how you looked.
"You look pretty" He said tugging lightly on his collar.
You blushed slightly at his comment.
"You're pretty too Kiyoomi"
"You've told me that before.." He says in an attempt to tease.
You cringe a little remembering the moment on call with him.
All four of you climb into the limousine that Sakusa had rented for the event. He could not care less for the dance but he wanted to make it a memorable experience for you.
Emiko pulls out her phone and took a selfie with Komori she then turns the phone sideways and takes a picture with all of us. Sakusa has the most serious face ever and we all laugh when we see the picture.
"I'm so happy you convinced Kiyoomi to come Y/N" Komori says while looking at you solemnly.
You wave your hands in defense trying not to get too flustered. "Ah there wasnt much convincing!"
Komori laughs at how nervous you got. "I figured, either way thank you for breaking my serious cousin out of his shell"
Your eyes sparkle a little at his words, you broke Sakusa out of his shell?
Sakusa scoffs at Komoris words, he doesn't believe that much has changed since the two of you got close but to Komori the difference was night and day. Kiyoomi Sakusa would not be caught dead at a school dance but here he was in a limousine on his way to a school dance.
"You flatter me too much Komori.." You wave him off quickly to avoid any embarrassing moments of you getting nervous or red over a comment made about you and Sakusa.
The rest of the ride is quiet.. On yours and Sakusas side of the limousine. Komori and Emiko have been doing non stop duets in karaoke. You and Sakusa give each other a look of annoyance and just hope that the venue isn't much further.
The day has only just begun..
