"It's now become impossible for us to fly to Egypt. If we encounter another Stand user like the last one on a commercial flight, we're sure to cause a disaster that will harm many people." After narrowly escaping from the chaotic incident on the plane. Everyone came to the restaurant that Joseph's friend owned. Now they were sitting and thinking about how they should continue their journey so as not to put innocent people at risk.
"We'll have to get to Egypt by either land or sea."
"But if we fail to meet DIO within fifty days..." Avdol commented on the limit date. Everyone was silent and the atmosphere was uncomfortable because if the man was not dealt with in time, the innocent young woman's life would be taken away.
"If we had stayed on that plane, we'd probably be in Cairo by now." Kakyion's words made everyone even more worried. Joseph turned to look at his grandson. His face was calm but deep down he was probably just as worried as anyone else.
"I'm aware of that. But it's to soon to worry about it." Everyone who heard the old man say that was surprised and curious. The old man began to explain so that they could begin to ease their worries.
"A hundred years ago, Jules Verne wrote a story in which the protagonist traveled around the world in 80 days, traveling 40,000 kilometres. That was in the age of trains and steamboats. Even without a plane, in fifty days, we'll be able to travel the 10,000 kilometers to Egypt. As for the route..." Joseph took out a world map and spread it out on the table. Everyone raised their heads to look at the world map with curiosity.
"I say we go by sea. We'll charter a suitably-sized boat, go around the Malay peninsula, and cross the Indian Ocean. It'll be the Silk Road of the sea." He explained, running his finger over the path their ship would take.
"I believe that is the best, as well. If we go by land, borders will be a hassle. And we'd have to cross the Himalayas and a desert. If we ran into trouble, we'd lose a great deal of time. There are too many dangers." Avdol, who calculated the danger in the brain, thought it was a good idea. Kakyion, although he often travels abroad, had never traveled by boat before, so he let the two adults make the arrangements. Jotaro and (Y/N), who usually stay in their own country, agree with Kakyion.
"Then it's decided. The greatest danger will be the Stand users that DIO sends against us." The old man folded the world map into smaller sizes before putting it inside his coat.
"We'll have to do our best to get to Egypt without being spotted." After the plan was completed, the atmosphere that had previously been uncomfortable began to disappear. While waiting, the soft sound of ceramics clashing with each other caused (Y/N) to turn and look. Kakyion placed the lid of the teapot next to the edge of the hole to reveal the now-empty interior of the teapot.
"What are you doing?" The red-haired man turned and smiled at the woman and chuckled.
"This is a sign to let them know we want more tea. If you do this in Hong Kong, they'll bring you seconds." As soon as he spoke, a woman in a cheongsam with her hair tied in two buns walked near him with a teapot in her hand. She bent slightly to pour tea into his teacup.
"Also, when they pour tea into your cup..." He tapped his finger on the table twice.
"This means "thank you."" He smiled at the female employee in thanks, the woman smiled back before walking away.
"So cool~! I never knew I could do that!" Kakyion was delighted that the girl was interested in what he had to say, but when he was about to talk to her some more he was interrupted by someone.
"Excuse me, do you have a moment?" Everyone turned to look at the strange man who was holding a menu in front of his face, walking towards them.
"I'm a tourist from France, and I'm having a hard time with the kanji on the menu. Would you please help me out?" He closed the menu, revealing his face. He was a man with silver hair that was cropped smoothly at the top, blue eyes, wearing broken half-heart earrings, and most importantly...
