The sound of the sea hitting the bottom of the boat and the sea breeze blowing past made the woman couldn't help but smile. After putting on her new outfit, she came out of the room to join her group.
“I can't believe that in this life I will be able to sail on such a big ship…” The girl held onto the railing of the ship, looking at the blue sea as far as the eye could see. She looked blankly for a moment and then continued walking.
“To get from Hong Kong to Singapore, we'll be on the water for three full days. Well, let's relax and keep our spirits up.” The old man's voice caught the attention of the young woman who had just arrived.
“But seriously, guys... Can't you do something about those school uniforms?” Joseph has now changed into a red and white striped shirt with the sleeves rolled up and black pants. He turned to look at the two young men sitting comfortably on sunbed, still wearing their Gakuran clothes. “Isn't it ridiculously hot?”
“Well, we are students... And students should behave as students.” Kakyoin said, using his finger to turn to the next page.
“But I suppose that sounds like a stretch... Hmph.” (Y/N) heard this and looked at her own clothes, sweating a little.
‘...Am I a bad student?’ She looked at the new outfit. Hazelnut colored shirt, black shorts and coffee colored sneakers. She changed into new clothes because she didn't want the school uniform she just got a few days ago to be torn, and she didn't want to spend the money to repair it too. But before she could walk back to the room, the three men, including Polnareff and Avdol who had just arrived, turned to face her. Joseph called her to walk towards them, so the woman could only walk towards them with a shy expression.
“Oh! I thought you wouldn't change clothes like those two.” Joseph was surprised. (Y/N) then explained to him the reason that the school uniform might be torn, which he and the others understood. Polnareff approached her, his arm crossing her shoulders.
“Don't worry (Y/N), if an enemy attacks you, I will protect you!” He pointed his thumb at himself, the woman just dryly laughed at him and patted him on the back in thanks.
“But you know, girls won't fall for stiffs like you. Is that right, (Y/N)?” The girl was startled when she heard this, not knowing how to respond, but the sound of a man shouting caught everyone's attention. The man was holding on to a child who was trying to get away from him. Joseph saw this and asked the man, who said that this boy had secretly boarded the ship by hiding under the storage room.
“Come at me if you're gonna! I'll kick your balls in!” The boy threatened them even though he was in a situation where he was inferior because he was a child. The sailor saw his stubbornness and threatened him with handing him over to the naval police. The boy quickly turned to him and begged him in fear, telling him that he would meet his father in Singapore and that he would do anything to stay at this ship.
“Let's see. What should I do? Should I let you go?” The man pulled the boy's cheek and ear several times before stopping and flicking the boy's nose.
“I'm not gonna let you go after all. Hell no.” The child began to cry at being rejected, but the man didn't care and proceeded to explain that he would let the ship's captain know about this first. The little boy hurriedly wiped his tears, in anger he rushed to bite the sailor's arm. He cried out in pain, and the boy, who was wearing a cap to hide his face, jumped off the boat because he would definitely be arrested and handed over to the police if he stayed any longer.
“Whoa! He jumped in! Talk about energetic.” Everyone except Jotaro rushed to see the boy swimming away.
“Is he planning to swim to shore from here?” Kakyion stood up, quickly put down his book and hurried to take a look. Jotaro is still lying on the sunbed as usual.
