Chapter 9: Dark Dragon Destruction

Drake rushes to the nearest village, fueled by the anger he's been harboring. He decides to commence his destruction in the center of the village, where the statue of the first Dragon king, his father, stands as an impressive monument.

As Drake soars above, he can't help but smile. He lets out a cackle, then raises his arms, conjuring a ball of destructive dark matter. He charges it up until it grows to an enormous size. It looms over Drake's head, and with a powerful slash, he sends it hurtling downward, obliterating the area where the statue once stood.

The resulting explosion is deafening and can be heard even in the Astral Kingdom, high in the skies. Angelica, filled with sorrow, hears this explosion and rushes to her window, only to witness Drake in the air, hurling balls of energy down into the village, causing death and destruction among its citizens. 

Once again, Angelica is left in a state of shock, watching in disbelief and horror as Drake commits acts of mass destruction. Drake soars with his dark wings cutting open throats, slashing arms off, taking innocent lives. No one ever thought Drake was capable of such destructive ways.

 All thoughts were useless, Before you could even find out what was going on, Drake had already killed you. Angelica grabs her blade and rushes down to the chaos where she hears the explosions. "Drake? Wh-What the hell are you DOING?!" she shouts.

Drake, covered in citizen blood while holding a severed head, responds, "Angelica! Glad you could join the party!" He says as his pupils grow smaller, and his insanity has grown larger.

Drake shouts at the small crowds of people running away as he catches up to them, "ALL OF YOU WANTED DRACO AS YOUR KING!! IT SHOULD'VE BEEN ME!!" He shouts. A guy from a rooftop, still unnoticed by Drake, holding a shotgun, aims at Drake. "DIE, BASTARD!" He shouts. He fires the bullet. Angelica zooms in and blocks the bullet, shouting, "DRAKE, LOOK OUT!"

She stays behind Drake's back, covering him from behind. Drake is surprised.

"Wh-What? Why are you protecting me?" he asks. Angelica blocks another shot from the same shooter. She looks back at Drake and smiles. "I'll never let anything happen to you. I told you already, I'll never leave your side," she reminds him.

Drake zooms in and kills another citizen, "You did before, though! Back in the woods!" he says.

"Yeah, well, that was because you practically didn't want me in your little scheme!" She shouts as she watches Drake continue the chaos. Drake smiles to himself.

"Not my fault you're such an angel," he flirts. This excites Angelica.

"Ohhhh, Drake, this is the reason why I wanna stick with you!!" she squeals as she grabs her cheeks in happiness. Drake cringes hard, "Don't make me kill you along with all these other betraying BASTARDS!" he shouts at the crowd as well as Angelica.

Everyone shouts at Angelica, "Angelica! Why must you side with this evildoer!" "SHE'S NO ANGEL, SHE'S A DEMON!!" "Angelica, marry me!" "Why Angelica why!" they all exclaim. Angelica simply shrugs, "It's nice to get out of the 'Be an angel' program." She smiles.

Then she grabs her blade and blocks any defensive mechanism that the crowd of fighting citizens might throw at Drake. Drake alongside Angelica were having the time of their life, absolutely destroying the village. 

Thank goodness there were other kingdoms. The reason that Drake wanted to kill that specific village is because that was the village that attended the ceremony where Draco was crowned king. Sure, some other villages attended, but it was mostly the centre of all Draconia, the capital village. 

Just like how Toronto is the capital of Canada.

After an hour of pure dark destruction, Drake and Angelica fly above the disaster: burned-down houses, bloodbaths, corpses, bloodstains all over, disassembled bodies, and no one left.
