The Waitress - Marcanne

Chapter 18

It's 8 in the morning, as usual, Anne would hear birds chirping, leaves rustling, and the morning sunlight beaming threw the window.

The half asleep girl had just woken up from her nap. The first thing she did was to look for her phone. So she sat up, of course, her bed hair was in the way.

She groaned. Her hands went to search for her phone. After a couple minutes of searching Anne finally found her phone. The messy girl moved her curly hair aside so she could she.

Her first instinct was to call Marcy or either Sasha. But instead she just wanted to be lazy and scroll through Twitter or any social media app she has on her phone.

After a couple minutes of social media Anne then decide to call Marcy. The phone rang, until Marcy picked up.

"Hello?" Marcy said in a tired voice. "Hey, Cupcake." The call was then silent. "...Wh-what did you just call me?" "You heard me, darling~."

And then again the call was silent.

Anne heard loud footsteps coming up from the stairs. The door then swung open. A flushed person was to be seen. They pounced on top of the brunette.

"Good morning, hon-" before Anne could finish the last word, she got a unexpected kiss. The kiss was a soft, fast one. It was the bottom girls turn to blush.

"Good morning, Mrs. Wu." Marcy tucked a sting of hair behind Anne's ear. Anne's face turned even more red, redder than before. She was as red as a tomato.

"Umm... Anne are you.. okay?" The red faced girl shook her head slightly. "Did I break you?" Marcy sat on her thighs, she then cupped her girlfriend's face. It's was warm, very warm.

"... Y-Yes, you did... b-break me. It w-was too m-much." Anne stuttered. "Sorry." Marcy apologized.

The top girl realized what position she was in. A perfect position to... anyways! She quickly got off of Anne and the bed. She blushed

"I'm gonna go get you some cold water so you can cool off, BRB!" Seconds later Marcy was gone. Anne was alone once again.

The flustered girl was stumbling around the hallway. They were thinking about what happened back there. They didn't realize that they were going down the stairs until they tripped.

Loud thuds hit the steps. Once the fallen girl had reached the bottom of the stairs she has a couple of injuries.

Two bruises on her back, one on each arm, three on her left leg with a span ankle, two on her right leg, and surprisingly one on her forehead.

"Ow," the injured person said. They couldn't get up, all they felt was pain. "Another hurtful pain to the klutz Marcy Wu." Marcy then closed her eyes and stay in the position she was in.

Anne heard loud thuds going down the stairs. She quickly went to go check what happened. She finally reached the stairs and at the bottom of it was none other than her girlfriend.

She then went down the stairway to her injured girlfriend. The position they were in did not look comfortable. The older girl then picked up the smaller girl and placed her on the couch, making sure that they were lying down straight.

The ocean eyed girl then went to get a first-aid kit in her room. Marcy didn't want to move so she could feel the pain even more.

Anne came back with a first-aid kit and bandaged Marcy up. Once she she was done the girl asked, "so why did you fall down a flight of stairs?" "So I can fall for you." Marcy replied.

"I did not except that from you." Anne then sighed. "Were you always this clumsy? Oh wait never mind."

Marcy raised an eyebrow. "What do you mean never mind? And yes, I was always this clumsy." The non-injured girl then sat down.

"It's just that I've learned something and I didn't even know about it until... the dream," Marcy stayed silent and reached a hand so Anne can hold it, she gladly excepted it.

"You don't have to say it. Tell me when you're ready." The tan girl nodded. She'll tell them when she's ready.

But Anne still questions. Is Anne free from all of this chaos? Will the core return? There's only one way to find out.
