Math tutor

III. "You actually pay me for that."

"Did you understand ?" Luke looked me with expectant eyes.

"Wait what?" I wasn't hearing a thing he was saying because even though I was controlling myself not to look to his catching eyes, but I always ended up admiring the way his tongue would lick his lips and the way he would put his lip ring between his teeth, I guess that he would do that some how nervous if I didn't understood what he was trying to explain, or maybe because I wouldn't stop staring.

"Kath you have to hear me for us to get somewhere, you know that right?" Luke asked me even knowing it was something evident.

"yeah sorry..." I said blushing. "You know, I was still expecting my tutor to be fat and old, maybe even bald... Everything but not like you!" I admitted.

"You are prettier than I thought..."

"well thank you... I'm starving, can we make a five minutes break for eating?"

"Only if you give me food too!"

"I was thinking make you watch me eating and make you envy." sarcasm on point.

"If you did that I would punish you with math exercises..."

"Haven't you already?"

"Touché."

I like this boy.

Me and Luke ended up eating ice cream for lunch and then got back to tutoring until mom arrived home.

"I'm home!" she yelled from the door.

"Hey mom..."

"Oh hello Luke, still around math I see... How is she so far?"

"Hi Mrs. Jones, not bad, with time she will be great." He said being a little shy. That was something interesting about Luke, he would talk without problems but he would be always a bit shy... I don't blame him,it was our first day, we didn't knew each other.

"wow I'm not actually that dumb..." I said more directly to my mom.

"You aren't." Luke said looking me in the eyes, we stare into each other eyes, until it got to awkward and I looked away. "I should go, I see you tomorrow Kath, have a rest of a goodnight Mrs. Jones."

"Thank you swettie, I will take you to the door." My mom said.

Once I hear the door closing, I went straight to my mom.

"Old and fat hun?"

"That's Luke!" My mom laughs. "Did you like him? Is he good at helping you?"

"I did... Yeah he is a good tutor so far!"

"Great."

"What's dinner?"

"I'm going to order pizza, and once Jorge get's home we can eat..."

"Okay... Then I'm going take a shower."

My muscles relaxed under the warm water, the water rolled slowly from my hair to my arms and back, and from their to my toes... After my long shower, I put my pajamas on, that consisted in an over sized t-shirt and gym shorts. I was to tired to wait for Jorge to get home, so I got two slice of pizza and went to my room. While I ate my pizza, I put my headphones on and my thoughts wandered through the dim light that the moon gave me trough my window.

Next day

"Evelyn! He is pretty and slim,tall and blonde..."

"So basically, your math tutor is a hot son of the bitch." kellie sum it up for you.

"God damn he is."

"Your mom fooled you big time." Evelyn said.

"I have to go gurls, see you later..." Kellie said running to Clifford.

"See ya."

"I gotta run too, bye Eve."

"Good tutoring!"

"Thanks" I yelled already running.

A little after I arrived home, so did Luke.

"Hi."

"Hello, let's start shall we?"

"We shall!" This time I was able to maintain more focus. And after a few hours, Luke had already to go.

"Well, now I just come back friday ..."

"Oh okay!"

"Hello guys!" My mom interrupted us when she got home once more... "Already going Luke?"

"Yeah..."

"Stay for dinner please... You had to put up with Katherine all afternoon so that's the least I can do!" I make a face to my mom that pretty much yelled 'Really mom, I'm not that bad, stop embarass me'

Luke laughed of my face and my mom teasing comment and answered. "You actually pay me for that."

"Really!?" I said dumb found, for the fact they were both teasing me.

"But seriously stay, today I'm cooking." My mom said with a sweet smile.

"It's rare, if I was you I would stay..." I said winking at him.

"Okay, than I will."
