My hands were trembling when I felt the metal hit the back of my head.
"So you know my little secret now huh." I heard her sickening voice echo behind my back.
I slowly pulled my hands up in the air. I wasn't scared for my own life but for Es.
"What the fuck did you do with her." I shouted while looking at the blank wall, knowing that if I move she might pull the trigger for I knew what she wanted from me.
She was quiet, yet I felt her smile lingering.
"Answer me for fuck sake!" I yelled.
I now heard her quietly laugh.
"Do you think this is a game?" I added. Angry at her annoying laugh.
She was playing with death.
"Why would you even bring her into this." I said. Wanting answers.
"Don't play dumb Tom. You know damn well you brought her into this? Don't you." She said, stinging me.
The words hurt like hell. But I knew all she wanted was me to give up. She knew I felt guilty.
"I know how much you have fallen for her. How much you've gone weak. You're basically breaking yourself?" I heard her voice linger down my back.
"It's just better for everyone if I kill you. For me, Bill, Eselin. Do you know how much you've put her thru because of you?" It didn't feel like mocking anymore, just pure truth.
"Her name doesn't deserve to be in your mouth." I yelled now more furious.
"I guess you're right. But don't you ever use her name like that again." Feeling my hands tremble as I swinged my arm right where I had heard her voice. My arm swinged as fast and rough as I possibly could, feeling my arm hitting something roughly. I could feel her face being hit with my elbow.
I quickly turned around to see her scream while covering her face with her hand.
Seeing blood dripping from her nose.
She stood there looking up at me with the gun still laying in her hand.
"Your hand won't help you from a gunshot in the head." She smiled behind her bloody hand.
I knew she was fucking psychotic.
I looked at my bloody elbow while I took a few steps back.
"Why do you keep fighting Tom? You've lost." She said taking steps further.
"Don't get fucking near me." I said standing still, ready to hit her whenever.
She didn't seem scared at all even though her nose was bleeding.
"Don't act so tough Tom." She said standing in front of me. "There's no use, I know you're a sensitive little kid" she said, smiling.
My heart now dropped, I had heard that sentence before. Déjà vu.
I looked at her, trying to remember where I'd seen her. Her face was too familiar.
Her face had always triggered me in a way. I always wanted to hurt her. And I never knew why, but now I knew.
"You're his daughter, aren't you." I said, looking her straight in the eyes.
"Was it that hard to figure out?" She asked. Having her arms behind her back. She didn't smile anymore.
Fuck, I thought. She was out to get me because I had killed her father. The father that had killed my mother and locked me and bill up for months when we were just kids. The man that had made me scared of myself.
