After making sure that Angelique's heart was okay I went to Pond's house to get Nathan since I wouldn't be going on an outing. I need to accompany Angelique again tomorrow for her heart check-up. I'm afraid the only remembrance of my brother they have might be gone.
Yes, Angelique, my adopted cousin, has my brother's heart. That's why I've chosen not to join the outing. I panicked a while ago, I forgot to introduce my cousin to Dunk.
"Daddyyyyyyy I have a question!" Nathan shouted the moment he saw me. I don't know how but I felt comfortable hearing him call me daddy.

I immediately pick him up. "What is it?"
"Who's this?" then he let me show his phone.
"Your uncle Phuwin."
"Noooo. The person in the second photo."
Seeing it something ticked in my heart. "He's the pilot where your papa was assigned."
"Daddy you need to step up before someone else snatches what is supposed to be yours."
I look at him astonished but he settles himself in the passenger seat.
When we reached the living room of my house, I saw him picking something from the floor.
"What's that?"I curiously asked since I saw him furrowed his eyebrows.
"It's Papa's medicines, how it ended up here?" then he stretched out his little hands to let me see it.
I wonder if it's common medicine or not "Can you give it to me? I'll bring it back to your Papa's room." Good thing he gave it to me."Come on go to your room and wash up. I'll prepare a snack for you."
"Thank you Daddy!" then he ran towards his room.
After preparing his snack I immediately searched what these medicines were for.

Mycophenolate (CellCept) & Tacrolimus (Prograf) to help prevent transplant organ rejection (attack of the transplanted organ by the immune system of the person receiving the organ) in adults and children 3 months of age and older who have received kidney, heart, or liver transplants.
This information shocked me to the core. No matter how many times I search all the websites give the same answer. I don't know what to think or what to feel first. All I know is I'm confused and nervous at the same time thinking why Dunk taking medications like this.
What happened to him? What happened years ago? So many questions popping into my head.
"Bud, can you please find out something for me?"
"Is that illegal? This is the first time you ask me to look for something." the person on the other line said and laughed.
"Geez Earth. It's not illegal but it's very important."
"Same old Joong who can't be joked at. Okay, send me the details I'll find it the fastest I can. Since your voice sounds it is a very important matter."

ARCHEN's POV
My mother decided to let Angelique stay at my place while monitoring her condition, and I agree with it since it's possible to let her stay with me. Though i forgot to tell my mother about Dunk and Nathan, I forgot to tell Dunk about Angelique because we're in a hurry this morning.
My mom entered the living room with Angelique by her side. She loves Angelique so much that she monitors Angelique's medicines and ensures that she is fine.
"Archen, are you sure you don't need maids to take care and help you monitor Angelique as per her condition right now? Especially if you're not around? his mother asked.
"Mom, she's safe here, and besides the doctor said she's safe now. She just needs a proper rest. I know how worried you are right now, but trust me and trust Angelique. I know she can do it! Stop over thinking, okay?" I said while hugging her.
"Okay, I trust you, Chen! Mother said.
I heard a loud voice screaming and yelling, and it's coming from Nathan's room.
"DADDY!!! Daddy!!!"
I ran towards him as fast as I could. The moment I saw him, I didn't know how to explain his expression. His eyes were full of questions.
"Hey Nathan, what happened? Why are you screaming? I peaked.
"Daddy, who is this man beside Papa?" "He stares at Papa like he wants to eat him!" Nathan furrowed his eyebrows.
He showed me a picture of Dunk and a man beside him. They were smiling ear to ear. I felt pain the moment I saw it. My heart was beating so fast. I know Dunk and I are no longer together, and I don't have any rights to feel this pain, but it kills me big time. I can see it, the joy in his eyes and the smile on his lips it's been a while since I last saw that, but I am no longer the reason behind that happiness.
"Hey, Daddy, are you still here?" My senses came back when Nathan spoke.
"Yes baby, I'm okay. Maybe he is your papa's colleagues in the airlines.Just don't mind what you saw. Let's go downstairs. I want to introduce you to someone."
I carried Nathan downstairs, and I can see on Mama and Angelique's eyes how shocked and confused they were. I know they have a lot of questions, but they chose to keep it on their own. I understand, and I felt the same.
Mom, Angelique, this is Nathan. Nathan,this is my mom. You can call her grandma, and this is tita Angelique.
I saw Nathan's happiness when he heard GRANDMA.
"Really, Daddy! Can I call her grandma?" he claps and jumps because of happiness.
