Chapter 3

"Huh Yunjin?!" Sakura practically screeches in surprise.

After Chaewon and Yunjin parted ways at the cafe, Chaewon immedietely went over to Sakura's  apartment. The brunette was sitting on their couch while Sakura stands in front of her in shock. Kazuha sits on the spacious loveseat as Sakura continues to stare at Chaewon.

Miyawaki Sakura has been constant in Chaewon's life ever since they first met in their first year of university. They instantly got along, and soon enough Chaewon was introduced to Nakamura Kazuha—Sakura's girlfriend who is currently on her last year of high school. Set to go to the same university that Chaewon and Sakura attend. The three of them are the closest Chaewon's had to a family that isn't blood related.

The problem is that Chaewon's never told them about Yunjin though. Despite the fact she's told them literally everything else in her life, she never  had the courage to tell them about the past she shared with the whisker dimpled girl.

Although she refuses to admit it to herself, a small part of Chaewon wants to keep that time of her life close to her heart, away from prying eyes.

So that's what she did.

"She's like, one of the most popular soloists in the country." Kazuha says before popping a chip into her mouth. "I bet your soul flew out of your body when you realised who you chose as your fake girlfriend." she snickered.

Chaewon sighs and pinches the bridge of her nose. "Yeah, believe me. I was surprised to."

Sakura shakes herself out of her stupor and moves over to the love seat, she nudges Kazuha's legs apart and sits inbetween them, still staring at Chaewon.

"What?" the brunette asked clearly annoyed.

Sakura shrugged. "I mean it did the job, right?"

Chaewon titls her head in question.

"That asshole Jaehyun finally got the hint and he backed off! And as a bonus, he thinks you have a super hot idol girlfriend." Sakura teases.

Kazuha frowns. "You think she's hot?"

"Oh shush, you were the one drooling over Jennie in her latest comeback." Sakura says as she further leans back into Kazuha's embrace. The younger girl hums before eating another chip.

"In any case, it's over with! You can just move on with you life." Sakura adds.

Kazuha hums thoughtfully. "Do you think Jaehyun would tell people?"

Chaewon pales at the thought, Sakura notices and quickly tries to avert the panic Chaewon's about to experience. "Chaewon, don't. It'll be fine. He's not stupid enough to say something to other people. You said yourself that Yunjin scared him off, if that idiot has a half brain he wouldn't say shit, okay?"

Chaewon slowly comprehends Sakura's words words before sighing and nodding her head. "Yeah, okay."

Sakura nods before settling back into Kazuha's arms. "Good. Now can we continue watching Stanger Things 4?

Kazuha nods excitedly and grabs the remote, Chaewon only sighs before finally relaxing her whole body.

As episode 3 starts on the screen, Chaewon's mind begin to wander.

Have i really moved on?

After 2 episodes of Stranger Things, and Kazuha crying to episode 4. Chaewon finally leaves the couple and heads home.

The brunette walks into her apartment and looks around. After they broke up, Chaewon decided to move out of her old apartment. The one that she and Yunjin called 'home'. The memories of their break up haunting her the longer she stayed there. Much to Chaewon's luck, her lease was ending soon. Not to mention the new place she found was closer to campus, so Chaewon couldn't really complain.
