Gwen Malory didn't want to live in Henrietta, she didn't want to share an apartment (with no shower, mind you) with three teenage boys, she didn't want to leave school mid-semester and start over again in an all-boys prep school, and she, most definitely she did not want to go and try to find a dead Welsh king with her new, strange friends
She didn't want to find her place when her time there was limited, she had to come back home eventually. Things would change, and she couldn't change it.
"My Gweenie is a girl with a lot of imagination, but sometimes, I get the feeling it's not all in her mind." His voice across the phone was traced with discomfort "That's why I'm asking you this favour, I believe Henrietta will be the place for her to sort this out, with a little help. I know she'll help you find him, if you help her find herself"
"It's like... You live somewhere else. Separated from the world, in this ever-lasting autumn"
He didn't know if he should take it as a compliment, coming from her "Yeah...You could say that"
She nodded her head and looked to the side of the road, smiling "I think I like it"
