Okay lets get the big one out of the way, Why is the book on hold?
Simple, writers block.
Look in brutal honesty I am CONSIDERING quitting the book. I really don't think it's up to scratch. I might continue it, but for now it's on hold.
I will still be writing in my oneshot book though.
