Chapter 6

My eyes shot open and I quickly scanned my surrounding. I was in a moving van, placed at the back seat with my hands tied and mouth gagged. I tried to get free from the bounds when I heard a feminine laugh. I Immediately recognized it as Betty's voice. I frowned and searched the car. It was dark inside. Suddenly I felt a sharp grip on my chin.

"this is for Ben you Fat Whore!" she spat at my face and laughed sinisterly. I saw her as light from outside flash onto her face along with another man in the car.

I wiggled in my seat. Trying to get free. I twisted and turned my arms but to no avail.

Suddenly I heard a loud bang in the car. Making me flinch. I desperately tried to search in the darkness. I felt a cold metal being shoved into my tied hands and the light of the phone screen flashed . I panicked. It was a gun. I quickly threw it away.

"hello? Police? Please help! She shot a man inside the car. I'm sending you the location." Betty yelled in a high pitched voice faking panic. She screamed hysterically as she smirked at me. My breath caught in my throat and tears escaped my eyes. My eyes widening as I stared at her in disbelief.

I heard the sirens of the police in the distance and I wiggled in seat. I ignored the pain from tight ropes digging into my skin. I constantly wiggled my hands to get free. I looked for my purse or cell phone but it was no where in sight and it was now dark inside the car.

I heard the screeching of the tires and the car jerked to a stop. Making me roll over the seat and Betty to fall on me. She pushed me away as she got up. I tried to loosen the ropes as tears streamed down my face. I clenched my eyes as the gag dug into the corners of my mouth. I tired to spit it out, or put out any how. But it didn't work. I kept trying and twisting my wrists. I heard doors slam open and fast footsteps approaching.

The door of the car ripped open and my eyes met green ones. I breathed. Doctor Azriel picked me into strong arms as I heard punching sounds coming from the drivers seat. Betty tried to run but one of their men grabbed her by her hair making her scream. The police cars halted to a stop near us and officers got out.

I whimpered as doctor Jarrel removed the gag from my mouth gently. I quickly threw it away.

"I didn't kill him!" I rushed out frantically to the officer. I broke free from the arms and landed on my feet. My steps staggered as my vision blurred. Tears kept steaming down my face and sobs fell from my lips. Two pair of arms quickly steadied me.

"we believe you!" the twins quick replies reached my ears. And more tears escaped my eyes.

Officers eyes searched my face and then went to my bound hands. Ropes were being ripped off of my hands by two pair of hands.

Right then the driver was thrown in front of the officer.

"I will tell you every thing. Just please let me go. I will never take part in any crime for the rest of my life. " He begged to the twins and the officers. And told them everything how Betty planned everything with the three of them and told him that she would kill their friend to frame me. He didn't want to take part but she threatened him with his previous crimes.

Betty kept shouting that they were all lies.

"I didn't shot him." I whispered brokenly. My body shaking uncontrollably. The officers eyes met mine again and he nodded.

He put handcuffs around Betty's wrists and the driver's and dragged them away. I felt a pair of hands examine my wounds while another pair rubbed my arms and back gently.

"shh kitten! You are safe. You are innocent." Doctor Azriel whispered to me as he rubbed my back gently.

"you are nothing but a fat whore. Ugly and useless." Betty spat and lunged at me. I froze at her words.

Doctor Azriel quickly shielded me from her, hugging me to his chest with his back to her. I felt his chest vibrate and two humanly growls ringing in the air. One from doctor Azriel and other from Doctor Jarrel.

"take the bitch away before I have her ripped to pieces." Doctor Jarrel spoke in deep strained voice. With suppress rage. His body shaking with anger and fury as his fists clenched.

Officer quickly pushed her towards the car and got her inside along with the driver and drove away.

I was frozen at the spot. Her words kept repeating inside my brain. Shattering the self confidence I built through years. Making my insecurity feel even worse. I watched everything in a trance. I heard faint whispers and being picked up and hurried towards a car.

I was being settled on a lap and was pulled against a hard chest. Another pair of arms wrapped around me and rubbed my back. I heard faint whispers but couldn't make out the words. My mind kept repeating those words and the kidnapping and killing. A shudder raked down my spine and my head swirled. I felt a warm jacket being wrapped around me. Tears steamed down my face uncontrollably. hands wiped them softly but they kept coming. My body shook uncontrollably and I felt my whole body being numb. My breathing slowed down and my heart thudded painfully in my chest. My eyes closed on their own and my breath hitched. I faintly registered frantic movements around me before I gave into the darkness. And fell completely unconscious.
