There wasn't any idea of where we were going, none of us knew exactly. We were getting farther and farther away from Sinner city, the bright lights fade away from the darkness, only the crunching of our footsteps kept us company. Slayton was still holding on to Melody, De Vinci and Devilcake stayed by each other, Tide was walking on her own, thinking, and then there was Mitch...who had on a T-shirt over his suit, a pair of sun glasses, and a hat. I knew he didn't have any money on him, so it's a chance he stole that stuff when no one was looking. honestly, sometimes I just wanted to punch that guy in the face, but his appearance still makes me want to hurl. My appearance has seen better days, first my arms go black, and get claws, the my head develops some weird horns, and now I'm irritated for no absolute reason. What's next, a tail? wings? God I just remember that time is slower down here then up there, if we were only down here for 2 days, was it 20 years for up there. God I was missing so much right now...It was scaring me.
Dc: "It's cold out here."
Dv:" Yeah...why?"
Dc:" I don't now."
Mit:" Sucks to be you I guess."
S:" Oh please, your wearing a ridiculous shirt, dumb sun glasses, and a girly hat. IT'S NOT EVEN SUNNY OUT!! IT'S NIGHT!
Mit:" I still have drip."
Slayton handed Melody to Devilcake and grabbed Mitch's hat and sunglasses and threw them on to the ground and stepped his foot on them.
Mit:" HEY! WHAT THE HELL?"
He then ripped his shirt off and threw it somewhere. Now Mitch was back to his original appearance.
Mit:" Jerk!"
S:" Not as much as you."
W:" Guys!"
The rolled their eyes at me. God they are so annoying, why are they so annoying? Jesus christ! I looked at my hands and sighed, looking into Slayton's back story reminded me of some things about myself. Things I didn't want to remember for a long time...But I had to focus away from that, I needed to look at the map to make sure we were on track, I took out the map and began to look at it, it's new look still surprising me. It looked like we were heading the right way, but I was never good at reading maps, there was a small picture on the map, that looked like a door. I didn't know what the meant till I felt my face walk into something.
W:" Oww!! What the?"
S:" We've been yelling at you for the past 5 minutes about the door."
W:" Huh?"
I took a step back and looked in awe. A white door was standing in front of me, black border lines and a black door knob. It seemed to be in the middle of nowhere, there wasn't a wall or anything on the other side, instead there was nothing. I went around the back to make sure my eyes weren't tricking me. When they weren't, I went back to the other side and started to think.
Dc:" So now what?"
Mit:" I know, lets open it."
Mitch began to walk to the door and almost touched the door knob until Slayton grabbed his wrist and pulled it away from the door by force.
Mit:" Hey!"
S:" Don't go opening things that could lead to unknown danger! This could be a trap for all I know."
Dv:" Or like what happened back at the wrathing river's"
S:" That's right!"
Mit:" Okay, okay, okay! So what do we do know? look at it in awe?"
