Harry's alarm went off at 7am just as the sun was rising, making its way through the half closed blinds.  Freeing himself out of Louis' crasp, he rubbed his eyes sleepily. Getting up, Harry walked towards the shower, planning to go for a run before the heat got too bad.

Louis turned around in their bed and reached out to where Harry should be.

„Sun?" Louis asked sleepily, not opening his eyes just yet.

„Go back to sleep," Harry tried reassuring Louis, „Just going for a run."

„Mmmh," Louis mumbled as he stretched and got up.

Walking downstairs, Louis turned on the coffee machine and made Harry a strong espresso while he waited for his tea water to boil.

Harry came down a little while later dressed in his running gear. Sotting down at the breakfast bar, Harry sipped on his coffee and listlessly took little sips of his pre run protein shake.

„You alright love?" Louis asked, looking directly at Harry. „You are awfully quiet and pale looking."

„'M fine," Harry answered, taking another little mouthful of his drink.

„If you are sure sun." Louis shrugged his shoulders and went back to buttering his toast.

Harry eventually finished his breakfast, sneaking towards the hall and putting his running shoes on.

„You sure you are fit to exercise love?" Louis asked once again as he sensed something was going on with Harry.

„Yes Louis," Harry replied slightly irritated.

„Take your phone please," Louis asked as his husband was just about to leave. Sighing, Harry turned around, took his phone and put it into his bum bag.

Harry left their house and started running, hoping to clear his mind. Harry pushed himself, ignoring the dull pain in his head, pushing himself on and on. He gulped down the water he had brought with him before running further and further.

Harry's vision started to get a little bit blurry and a slight nauseous feeling was building in the pit of his stomach. Still he pushed on, his headache wasn't going to stop him he decided stubbornly.

Harry was just coming to the end of the loop he had run as he felt his headache getting worse and worse.

Pulling out his mobile, he dialed Louis' number. The phone was picked up after only a few rings.

„Hello Love," Louis cheerfully picked up the call.

„Can you collect me Lou?" Harry asked in a whispered voice.

„Are you alright sun?"

„‚Mhm?, the sun is getting to my head," Harry admitted.

„I will be over shortly, drop me your location, yeah?" Louis insisted, knowing Harry's usual running route but wanting to make sure he would find him quickly.

„Will do, thanks Boo." Harry replied, as he sat down, placing his head into his hands, waiting. The throbbing in his head getting worse and worse with every passing minute. Sipping on his water, Harry continued to fight the urge to get sick.

A short while later, Harry's Audi pulled up beside him and Louis got out.

„Come on love, I bring you home," Louis said as he helped Harry get up and into the car.

Harry only nodded, feeling too unwell to talk, he plunged himself into the passenger seat and put on his seat belt.

Louis hadn't long pulled into the freely flowing traffic when he heard Harry whimper.
