If you were me, you'd feel the pain

You aren't alert
because you don't hurt.

The tears that fall from your face
are not in disgust, and don't leave a trace.

The sadistic joy you feel
from turning us into your personal "ideal"
from harming us with all of your laws
and pointing out all of our flaws.

The tears, they fall because you're glad
because you think we're sick and mad.
Because you think we'll harm your kids
cause we tell them about men with tits.

If you were me you'd feel the pain
you too would hurt, you too would complain.

You'd feel our tears, that run in despair
when you hear others treat us unfair
call us slurs and yet another prayer
annoyed with what clothes we wear.

If you were me, you'd feel the pain
If you were me, you'd use your brain.
