WHAT YOU WEREN'T EXPECTING

YOUR TIME AT THE PLEX...

Was Sundrop's ongoing persistent and petty attempts to get you fired or to coerce you into quitting.

Not only was he extremely annoying, but he never seemed so happy to speak to you apart from literally harassing you with questions about quitting or even trying to bribe you into it.

"No, Sun. I don't think seventeen bottles of glitter glue will convince me to quit..."

"No Sun, Angelo isn't considering firing me. I've already asked. Multiple times and on all of those occasions, you were the reason."

"SUN, I SWEAR TO GOD GET OFF MY-"

"Language!! Do not use that name in vain, assistant!"

"YOU- UGH!"

There was an occasional day or two where surprisingly with both of your best efforts, you and Sun learned to get along.

You also took note of the fact that Sun didn't sound like himself on those days he seemed less of a dick to you.

' Maybe he's bipolar,' you thought.

'What a smart decision, make the daycare attendant bipolar!'

And there were rare days he seemed to even be friendly with you. Not saying he was a wasn't still a snarky dick, but much less of it than usual.

Unfortunately the nice things don't las.

The next day, Sun would be back to the greasy oil-leaking fuckstick you know. Just an asshole.

Despite your quarrels, you've come to like Sun slightly. Apart from his CLEAR hatred towards you, you could see past it and paid attention to his affection and care for the children he takes care of every weekday.

It was hard to completely hate his guts considering you spend five days every week with him, having to collaborate on activities and entertainment for the little ones.

And he seemed to be very slowly warming up to you too, although Sun wouldn't be Sun to you if he didn't ask you at least once a day if you were planning on quitting anytime soon, which you always replied to with a hard 'no'.

You had also managed to pry a few normal lighthearted conversations out of him.

Keeping up his act he would always moan and grumble when you made an effort, but complied and eventually softened into the topic.

And today, the topic you wanted to touch on was on your mind since day one at the plex. You were still sure to be careful of him ever since he first threatened you.

The fact that there are two animatronics carved into the statue in the lobby, not one.

It was like an itch in your head begging to be quelled, but you chose to never ask as you felt it was something that would piss Sun off.
