Chapter 3 The Confrontation

Helixxis POV

Planet Nathema

"Stay with the ship." I tell my Astromech when walking off the ramp. 'I sense a powerful force presence a person.' I think while walking around.

After what seems hours I see smoke in the distance. "I found it!" I think aloud. I grab my binoculars and look to the source of the smoke. I see a broken ship and the remains of a shuttle. I also see... 'A robe?' I think.

"if there is a robe then there is also a person" I state out loud activating my green lightsaber just in time to black a strike from a yellow blade from behind me. "Now, now that is not a polite way to greed someone who can get you off this rock." I state with a little to much sass in my voice. The woman growls and keeps striking. Whilst I keep blocking I start studying the woman before me. 'A yellow saber, Sith Eyes, Sith robes.. No old Sith robes..' I think whilst concluding she must have been in sole sort of stasis and woken up.

"You are Sith, not just a Sith. Seeing the yellow lightsaber I can conclude probably from the time of the Eternal Empire, which makes you..." I think out loud. Then it clicks. "You are Vayling, Daughter of the Eternal Emperor Valkorion." I conclude out loud taking a step back when she finally stops swinging her saber towards me. "You know who I am... You know my legacy where I come from. THEN KNEEL! KNEEL BEFORE THE DRAGON OF ZAKUUL!" She screams in anger. "Miss Vaylin, with all due respect. Look around. The reason you destroyed that ship by accident was probably you finding out how long it has been. You should consider making allies instead of enemies in this case. I want to help you. You probably are mourning for the loose of everything you had. Correct?" I ask with the uttermost politeness in my voice. "Yes.. but... but..." she stammers. "I can help you. I may be a jedi. But I am trying to help you. I have disconnected myself from the jedi council for 9 years already after their ignorance." I state trying to make a truce. "What ignorance?" she asks. "The return of the Sith. And I am not talking about your return." I state. I look at her, she has a more calm and intrigued look on her face. "Continue..." she says. "9Years ago, a jedi master and his padawan learner were send to help free a planet from a blockade. But beforehand they had to make a pitstop or something and they encountered a Sith assassin. The council didn't believe him and just send them off. Which resulted in the masters death. The padawan killed the assassin." I conclude. Purposely leaving out the part of the chosen one.

"I accept a truce. But I refuse to go to your 'jedi Council'" she says air quoting Jedi council. "Ok, where do you want to go then. I am making a journey around the outer rim. Helping people. Now helping you." I say still keeping up my guard. "I'll join you. For now, learn me what happened. Learn me about this current galaxy. I also want access to information about what happened to my empire after I ended up here..." She says looking straight in my eyes. "You won't kill will you?" I ask. "No..." she says with truth in her voice. Genuine truth.

"Ok... Not what I expected to happen when I left Coruscant all those years ago." I say with a chuckle. And I turn my back on her walking and looking out on the landscape. I feel her conflict and then she stands next to me. "You wanted to backstab me for a moment didn't you?" I ask when she stands next to me. She only nods. "This are your first steps into this new time. It will take time. But I have to tell you. Randomly killing people will draw attention to you. Especially when wielding a lightsaber. So if you don't want to draw the council here. I may suggest trying to not to kill anyone who stares the wrong way to you." I state when she scoffs but doesn't say anything.

With that I guide her to my ship.

CHAPTER 4 : The truce

Vaylin POV

T6-Jedi Shuttle - Outer rim

I lay on a small bed in the back of the shuttle. After some well needed rest. 'Rest, I thought I had enough of that...' I chuckle to my thoughts. I stand up and walk towards the cockpit.

"Hello there sleepy head." Helixxis says while I enter. I give him a glare and sit down in the co-pilot seat. "Now where are we going Mr. Hellixxis." I ask. "First of all, call me Helix. Second of all, We are headed for Tatooine." He states. "I will call you whatever I want we are no friends in this Mr Helllixxis." I say giving him a scowl on which he chuckles. "Wel Vaylin, Get used to it. Cause as long as you want to travel with me. On my ship, you follow my rules. Call me Helix." He says with some authority. "I can accept you stubbornness Helix." I answer with a slight chuckle. 'Did I just chuckle?' I ask myself and look at Helix him mirroring my thoughts as it seems.

I head back to the back of the ship and get some training droids on to train. I block the shots with my saber and channel the dark through me. I see Helix enter and he leans at the entrance and observes. "Your good. But unbalanced." He states. "Lets see how unbalanced I am in beating your ass!" I yell challenging him to a small duel on which he turns around and heads back. "Coward!" I yell and he turns and gives me a glare before exiting.

'Why won't he fight me?' I think as I sit down on a bench.

A few minutes pass and he enters the room again and sits down next to me. "We are on Tatooine. Want to go to the cantina with me? I am meeting someone. For some intel on a band of pirates in the Florum system." He says in a calm voice. "Sure, but if someone touches me..." I start "Then you will keep calm." He interjects. "HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO STAY CALM! I WAS AN EMPERESS I RULED THE ETERNAL EMPIRE!" I yell. "First of all I sit next to you. You don't have to yell my dear. Second of all. I won't let anyone touch you. Third You USED to be. The eternal empire disappeared when you went missing. They just vanished from this galaxy. So please." He finishes. "Ok, but one thing. Don't call me dear." I say standing up to go grab my robes. "Oh I wouldn't grab your black robes you will have problems in the heat. Here use one of my white ones." He offers. I reluctantly accept and put it over my shoulders and back.

(Que the cantina band music peeps!)

We enter the bar and I immediately see people staring at me. Most with bad intentions. When I'm about to slash out on a guy whistling Helix steps in and shows the man his lightsaber and they back off. "You would have killed him if I didn't step in. These are drunk people they don't think of consequences of there actions. Me as a jedi Protect even the ones I sometimes deem not worth to protect. I have a mandate to the people. You have one to your. They are still out there you know. The eternal empire. Probably amongst the starts. If you want I can help you find them under a condition we will discuss later." Helix speaks as we walk towards a man in the back. I just nod.

I zone out of the conversation 'If my empire is still out there should I use it for personal gain or to help the people like helix. He is a good man. One I would even rally behind I think...' I speak in my mind when I see helix give a slight smirk towards me as if he can read my mind. When I look up the man is already gone.

"you here zoned out. I got the intel I needed. And I see you have been thinking a lot. Speak."

"I think, I think I may want to...uhh This is so uncharacteristic for me but. I want to help you." I say a bit embarrassed for letting my religion down.

"Your religion used to be part of the jedi but became corrupted. The ancient Sith became Sith to help the people but got corrupted. Did you know that?" he asks me.

"No I did not..." I answer.

"lets go I got business to deal with on Florum." He speaks .

(well another chapter in the pocket although it is tiresome) I made this while waiting for Star wars jedi survivor to download 150,551 GB game ☹)
