Ugh. My alarm. Mmm. Again. No. More. Sleep.

Wait. No, today I will go on the plane to see my Nonna and Nonno! TO ITALY I COME! I can't believe in almost 5 hours I'll be on the beach of Rome, sunbathing, soaking in all the sun I can get. I can't wait to see my family, they literally have not seen me in 7 years, I was 13 the last time I saw them. I wonder where in the house I'll be staying. Also, I can't wait to see Marissa. She's stunning now. I've seen her on Instagram, and she's living her best life, IN ROME. I'LL GET TO SEE HER SOON!! Eeeh!

The lingering question kept me up, "will she still be the same?"

Today I have to pack the rest of my bags. I've already packed my clothes and other random things, but I still haven't packed my hair and makeup stuff. I can't believe I'll be somewhere other than Australia for THREE months. I mean, I can't wait to paint all the pretty views I'm going to see and to see all of the beautiful sea views. Now that I have the slightest motivation, I can slowly crawl out of bed. 

I sigh as my feet hit the floor, and I feel the smallest bit of energy run through my veins. I look at what I can see of the floor, underneath all my clothes. I see my suitcase across the room and drag myself to reach it. I stuff all of my makeup, hair products, and hygienic things. I grab my phone and check my notifications, I enter my haven, Spotify. I put on Cruel Summer. I get into the shower and start screaming the lyrics.

I'm drunk in the back of the car

And I cried like a baby coming home from the bar (Oh)

Said, "I'm fine," but it wasn't true

I don't wanna keep secrets just to keep you

And I snuck in through the garden gate

As I'm drying my hair, I get a message from Marissa, it reads

I laughed to myself at the messages, and I replied to her,
