Kiko and Naomi glanced at each other as they walked. The two were silent as they walked. For Naomi, it was natural for her to be silent. It wasn't natural for Kiko. Her red eyes would dart from Naomi to the other side of her.

Usually she would be with her "friends", Chiara and Resi, who would talk to each other. It wasn't like they were BFFs or anything but at least they would speak to each other.

It wasn't Naomi's fault for not talking though. It was just how she was around people. Plus what was she suppose to say to her 2p?

"Um," Naomi began. "I-"

"Don't even try," Kiko interrupted. "You don't want to speak, which is fine. Don't even pretend to care."

Naomi sighed. She didn't think that that would be the reaction she would get. Then again, this girl was literally the opposite to her.

She then glanced down to see a katana hanging on Kiko's waist. Although Naomi was familiar with wielding the weapon, she had never needed to wield it in anyway to defend herself. Naomi glanced to the back of her 2P's head and noticed that Kiko's hair was slightly longer than her own. Perhaps it would be harder to tell the two of us apart if we had the same length hair, Naomi theorized.

The house soon came into view and that's when Kiko crouched down into the brush, hoping it would provide as good cover. Naomi followed in her lead, realizing that Kiko wished to remain unseen. "Rook over there," Kiko whispered, pointing to the field by the house.

Naomi looked to see Kuro was in the field, practicing with his katana on a dummy opponent. He was using quick movements to slice at the dummy before slicing at its throat. At first, Naomi assumed that Kuro had missed but soon realized that Kuro had sliced the dummy's throat because the head soon rolled off the shoulders and onto the ground.

"I knew he would be out here," Kiko said. "Otosan never misses on an opportunity to hone in on his skirrs with his katana."

"What do we do now?" Naomi asked, glancing at Kiko.

Kiko turned her attention to Naomi. "We need to get him distracted. I was thinking-" Kiko turned her attention back to where her Father had been and her eyes widened when she realized he was gone. Kiko growled in frustration at her mistake. "Drats! He must've rearized we were here!"

"So where is he now?" Naomi gulped. Knowing that her Father's 2p had discovered that he was there made Naomi shake in fear.

Kiko was nervous too, but not as much as Naomi. She then heard someone take a sword out of a sheathe. Thinking quickly, Kiko did the same and turned quickly to have her sword clash with her Father's blade. All those grueling days of training had paid off.

Naomi could only stare in shock at the display behind her. Kuro had been aiming to slice at her so if Kiko hadn't reacted as quickly as she has, Naomi was certain that Kuro would've sliced her in half.

Kiko, at this point, was able to stand to her feet to have a better advantage of fighting back her Father.

"Move Kiko," Kuro demanded. "That's an order."

Kiko couldn't help playfully smirk. "You know very werr that I don't do werr with forrowing orders." Kiko then swiped Kuro's feet from underneath him and knocked him to the ground.

Using this time, Kiko sheathed her sword and then ran to Naomi, grabbed her by the hand, and then ran with her back into the woods. Of course they heard Kuro's footsteps following them but knew they couldn't stop to rest. Naomi then saw a hole in a tree large enough to fit and hide the two girls. "Over here!" Naomi shouted as she climbed into the hole. Kiko followed behind and the two hid themselves in the hollow tree as they heard Kuro run by. Both girls sighed in relief realizing that Kuro was gone.

"That was too crose," Kiko huffed. "No doubt that Otosan has been ordered to get you by Ruciano."

"Itary-san's 2p?" Naomi asked.

"Hai. He might want you dead." That's when an idea popped into Kiko's head. "Which we can use to our advantage."

**********

Kuro felt his anger rising in him as he looked for the two girls. "When I get my hands on those two," He growled. "I'm going to-"

His rant was interrupted by the sound of footsteps approaching from behind. He quickly turned to find Kiko walking towards him. Her sword was at her hip and a chunk of something black was in her right hand.

Upon seeing his child, Kuro wanted to yell at her for her defiance but she interrupted before he could speak; "Naomi is dead."

Kuro looked at Kiko in confusion. Then he glared at the child. "What are you talking about?" He grunted.

"I took care of her myserf, see?" Kuro looked at the item in Kiko's hand and found that it was hair. It looked like hair that belonged to Naomi. Kuro smirked at Kiko.

"I'm surprised you took care of her yourserf."

"It was very easy."

Deep within, Japan had heard what had transpired. Naomi, his sweet little Cherry Blossom, was dead. Now Japan hadn't cried in a long time, but this was one of those times. Naomi, prease forgive me, He sobbed. I courdn't protect you.

His sadness soon turned to anger. To heck with hiding his emotions anymore! He then went to gain control of his own body once more. This caused Kuro to get a painful headache. Get out of me! He yelled as Kuro sank to his knees.

It's working, Kiko thought. Her plan was working. Kuro failed to notice that Kiko's hair was an inch shorter. She had cut off some of her own hair to make Kuro believe she had done away with Naomi, which would, in turn, cause Japan to try and fight for control. "Now Naomi!"

From the bushes behind Kuro, Naomi emerged with the bottle that would separate her Father from Kuro. She threw at the Japanese man and it caused a big dust cloud that clouded everyone's vision. When it died down, Naomi saw her Father laying on the ground away from Kuro.

"Otosan!" She cried as she ran to her Father.

As Japan sat up, he looked to see Naomi running towards him. He couldn't believe it; his daughter was alive. "Naomi!" He cried back. He went towards her and held her tightly in his arms.

Naomi was surprised at first, considering how her Father was on personal space, but then soon hugged back.

Kiko walked over to Kuro and sat down beside him. Kuro slowly sat up and then glanced at Kiko, who just stared at him with a straight face. "It's time to go Otosan," she told him before reaching for his hand, which is something she had never done in her life. "It's time to go home."

Kuro was hesitant at first but then sighed. He knew that Luciano would be mad, but it's not like he cared. That's when the portal opened up behind the two 2Ps. They stood to their feet before they walked into it. "Read (lead) the way Cherry Brossom," Kuro muttered, hoping that Kiko would be the only one to hear.

Naomi, however, heard it and watched as her 2p and her Father's disappeared along with the portal. Japan witnessed as well. "What was that?" Japan asked.

"I do not know," Naomi replied. She then looked up at Japan with tear-filled eyes. "I'm just happy you're home."
