-NO PROMISES CAN BE BROKEN-

"His bravery got us here."

The grounders and the Sky People are all gathered inside the Commander's tent. Sairah is among them, watching as the grounders greet the sky people with open arms.

"Welcome, sky crew." Lexa smiles. "Join us."

A couple of guards and a few warriors from sky crew walk in. Sairah nods her head in respect to one of Clarke's friends, Monroe, who does the same in return.

One of the guards, a black man, walks closer to Clarke and Lexa with something in his hands. "A package from Raven. Hydrazine. She said it would do the job."

Clarke gives him a nod and takes the bottle from out of his hands. "Good."

"And, uh, your mother wanted to be here, too." The man says after a long pause.

"I know, but the wounded in Tondc need her more."

Sairah clears her throat, trying to ease the tention inside the large tent. "Let's gather around the table, shall we?"

The grounders and sky people nod before following her to the table. A huge miniature of Mount Weather is build on it, every single detail craved into the mini building.

Lexa raises her head. "Field commanders, today's the day we get our people back. The enemy thinks it's safe behind its doors, but it's not. When it realizes that, it will fight back... Hard." The woman takes a moment to look at everyone around her before continuing. "We need to be ready." Lexa turns her head to Clarke, giving her permission to continue.

"This is a rescue mission. We are not here to wipe them out." Clarke says while looking at Sairah when she mutters the last sentence. Sairah raises her brow with a smirk. "There are people inside that Mountain that have helped us, children who have nothing to do with this war. We kill their soldiers, their leadership if we have to, but we are there to rescue our people. Is that clear?"

The sky people nod, agreeing with what Clarke says, but the grounders wait for Sairah's next move. Sairah looks at the blonde, observing her before slowly nodding.

"Then let's begin." Clarke adds with a small nod. She walks around the table. "There are 4 teams. Two of them, at the dam and in the mine, are moving into position already. They will later be accompanied by Trikova and her people after we're done here." Sairah nods her head. "The third, inside the mountain, is freeing the grounder prisoners as we speak. It is our job as the fourth team to keep the eyes of the enemy off of them for as long as possible." Sairah shares a look with Lexa before focusing back on the blonde. "To do that, we have to be in position here--" Clarke points at the miniature. "-- at the main door with our entire army. The Mountain men believe the door can't be opened from the outside, so they leave it unguarded. Only it can be, and thanks to our source on the inside, now we know how. According to Maya, the electromagnetic locking system has one flaw. When the power goes out, it disengages. That's where Raven's team comes in."

Sairah listens intently to Clarke, watching her every move and every expression. Observing the way the blonde feels comfortable doing what she's doing.

Leading.

"The mountain's electricity is generated at Philpott Dam. By now, they've taken the turbine room. It's their job to blow the power. Once they do, we blow the lock. There is a catch-" Clarke continues. "- a backup generator inside the mountain. If the lock is still functioning, when that backup power kicks in, we'll never get that door open, we'll never get our people back."
