Eren's Trial

Jason watched a few feet away as two soldiers grabbed hold of the unconscious Eren and dragged him away  "What do you think will happen to him?" Jason asked with a hint of worry in his tone. Eren had risked a lot just now and still they thought of him as a monster

Tim turned to look at his older brother before sighing "They'll probably lock him up somewhere. Keep him heavily guarded or chained. There is also the chance they will probe Eren and find out how it is he can transform into a Titan"

"He's a person Tim, not some lab rat they can cut up to see what makes him tick" Jason angrily said as the younger teen nods in agreement

"You think I don't know that? Jason, you saw how they reacted to Eren. They fear his power. He literally has the ability to transform into a freaking Titan, beings who have kept humans locked behind a wall. I can't blame them for there reaction towards this reveal, but the way they are acting... that I don't agree with"

Before Jason could respond, the same scout who'd saved them seemed to be in a conversation with both Armin and Mikasa, probably still questioning the duo on what had happened

"Remind you of someone" Tim whispered, trying to change the conversation with a hint of a smile as Jason rolled his eyes at what Tim was doing

"If it wasn't because this is another world, I'd have mistaken him for Damian. Pretty sure they'd get along" Jason responded with another eye roll as his thoughts drifted towards his youngest brother "Think they're still looking for us?"

Tim didn't immediately answer, it had been a few years in this universe since they arrived after all. Unless time moved differently, Tim wasn't sure anymore at this point "Only time will tell. Come on, we need to go give our own report of what happened"

Much Later
"Eren's being put on trial?" Mikasa asked in shock as Jason and Tim looked just as surprised by this news. They had just arrived at the mess hall in time to hear Mikasa's words before sitting down next to the two "Why?"

Armin shrugged "Not entirely sure to be honest, maybe it's to decided how they should deal with Eren"

"In other words this trial will decided whether Eren deserves to live or die" Tim says in a grave tone as Mikasa's expression changed into fear

"They can't do that! Eren's done nothing wrong to deserve death" she exclaimed causing a few others to look in their direction, which they all ignored

Jason chewed on the apple he'd gotten his hands on before giving his own opinion "Apparently they can. Humans fear what they don't understand. In this case they fear Eren and the abilities he possesses. You saw how they were ready to kill him before. This trail is just a formality, but will result with the death of Eren"

"Jason" Tim says with a sigh, but knows better than to start another argument. He did see Mikasa glare at Jason's words. However he couldn't see any fault in his words and as such was another reason why he didn't push the conversation more

Suddenly the doors open as an MP official looked around "Mikasa Ackerman! Armin Alert! Tim Drake! Jason Todd! Are you here?"

"Right here your majesty" Jason said in a mocking tone which the MP just ignored and instead told them about how they are required to appear in the trial as witnesses before leaving as the four turned to one another and wondered truly if this would be the end of Eren

Meanwhile
Eren wished he wasn't locked in here anymore, chained to the wall as if he were a prisoner. He recalled his conversation with both Captain Levi and Commander Erwin earlier. Eren hoped they would somehow get him out of here

The two guards haven't been the best company nor the nicest either. They'd call him a monster, something Eren found himself agreeing with. He wasn't even sure what he was anymore. Could he still be considered human? The image of the cannon aimed at him with a bunch of soldiers surrounding him suddenly came to mind
