Reading Aloud

   Paul curious to what Dwayne and Aurora were doing, decides to venture away from the main area. As he steps into the hallway, he catches the sound of Dwayne's voice reading aloud. Peeking through the doorway, Paul's eyes widen as he sees Aurora nestled between Dwayne's legs, captivated by the book. The scene unfolds before him, creating a moment of unexpected connection and shared joy.
   Dwayne and Aurora glanced up, spotting Paul leaning against the doorway. With a smile, Paul encouraged Dwayne to keep reading. Paul then walked over to the bed and laid down besides Dwayne, creating a cozy and intimate reading space. Aurora's smile grew wider, and Dwayne nodded, resuming his captivating storytelling. The bond between the three deepened as they immersed themselves in the magical world of the book.
   Meanwhile Marko glanced at David, his curiosity piqued. "What happened?" He asked, his voice filled with anticipation. David let out a sigh and began recounting the events. He explained how he had left Max's leather book out and forgotten to put it away before goi g to sleep. As if that wasn't enough, Dwayne had noticed Aurora sitting in his chair. Dwayne had questioned Aurora if she had read the book, to which she replied with a firm "no." This is what had transpired in the hallway. Marko simply nodded, remaining quiet as he delved into deep thought. The weight of the situation hung in the air, leaving them all wondering about the potential consequences of their actions.
   David stood up from his chair, catching Marko's attention. Curious, Marko asked where David was headed. David replied that he was going to check on Aurora, Dwayne, and Paul. Marko nodded in understanding and placed his sketchbook on the chair before joining David in the hallway.
   As David and Marko walked down the hall, they heard the sound of Dwayne's voice reading aloud. Curious, David stood in the doorway with Marko behind his shoulder looking over and saw him a book while Aurora sat between his legs, looking half asleep. Paul was laying beside Dwayne, attentively listening to the story. Dwayne lovingly ran his fingers through Aurora's hair as he continued to read.
