"Leo~ where are you?" I heard the voice of my foster mom speak. I was hiding in a closet hoping she wouldn't find me.

I heard her footsteps come closer. I tried to control my breathing. I then heard the closet door open.

"Oh there you are.." She said staring at me. I was terrified.

I don't quite remember much what happened next, I just remember the pain and waking up with a bunch of new bruises and cuts.

"LEO!!!" I hear a voice yell. I groan looking up to see Piper looking over at me.

"Oh hey beauty Queen." I say giving her my signature grin.
"Leo! You're late for breakfast! Cmon!" Piper said then walking away.

I get off from the mattress I'm laying on in the engine room. I walked over to a small mirror I had, I looked at myself in the mirror. I lifted my shirt to see many scars from past foster homes. Ugh bad memories.

"LEO!!" I hear Piper yell snapping me out of my thoughts.
"OK OK IM COMING!" I yell back fixing my shirt and attempted to fix my hair. I put on my signature grin and walked over to the dining room(help I forgot what it was called).

I walk through the doors to see everyone sitting down waiting for me. I sit in between Hazel and Percy, I began eating some food.

"Ok now that everyone is here let's start our meeting." Annabeth spoke.
"So Leo, when is our next stop?"
"Uh.. lemme ask festus." I put down the sandwich I was eating.

"Festus?" I ask. Festus responds and tells me our next stop. "Festus says there's an island that we're gonna arrive at in about 25 minutes. We're out of some stuff so we need maybe 3 people to go on the island." I say going back to eating my sandwich.

"Ok, who should we send?" Annabeth asked looking at everyone.
"What about me, Piper and Leo?" Jason asks looking at us.
"Wait why me?" I ask looking confused.
"We'll we haven't been on a quest with just the 3 of us in a while so yea let's have us 3 go." Piper responds.

"Ok, so it's settled. Jason, Piper and Leo are gonna go." Annabeth says looking to see if anyone objects and nobody does.

TIME SKIP!

Festus alerted me that we arrived at the island so I walked out of the engine room to look for the others.

"Leo?!" I heard Piper yell from the deck.
"I'm coming jeez!" I reply walking over to them.

"Ok so now that we arrived at the island Piper,Jason and Leo need to get off." Annabeth spoke.
"What do they even need to get anyways?" Percy asked.

"We need to get some more supplies and Festus says there is something on the island we need to check out." I reply.

"Ok let's just go." Jason says already walking over to get off the ship.

"Bye guys stay safe!" Hazel calls out beside Frank.
"We'll try!" I reply following Jason.

Jason,Piper and me are now on the island. Festus says we need to get some more supplies(idk what supplies ok?) and apparently something is on this island? Wonder what is it.

"Ok where should we go first?" I ask looking at the island. It was fairly small but not too small. There was a forest and just large grass fields. It also maybe looks like a pond or cave over there.

"How about the forest?" Piper asks already walking over to the forest.
"Guess we're going to the forest,cmon Leo." Jason says smiling at me then goes to follow Piper.

We arrived at the forest. Nothing that special that I could see about it. But then I heard a very loud noise. I covered my ears out of instinct and looked at my friends.

They both seemed very confused when suddenly I saw a monster(listen idk any monsters in greek mythology or PJO)coming towards us.

"GUYS LOOK OUT!" I yell. But it was a tad bit late because the beast knocked over Jason hurting him. Gods that's gonna scar him.

TIMESKIP TO AFTER THEY DEFEATED THE MONSTER CAUSE IDK WHAT TO WRITE!

We just barley managed to kill the monster. After the monster died or whatever I immediately looked towards Jason. He was bleeding..a lot.

"Jason! Are you ok?!" Piper yells running over to him.
"Does it look like he's ok?" I say running over to them.

Piper inspects Jason cuts.
"Ugh" Jason groaned.

"Leo, take off your shirt!" Piper says.
"W-What?" I reply confused.
"Take. Of . Your. Shirt."
"Beauty Queen, I understand im handsome and you wanna see me shirtless but this is not the time!" I reply in a joking way.

"Oh my gods Leo, just take it off! I need it to stop Jason from bleeding!"
"No! Find something else!" I say knowing dam well I have scars underneath.

"Ugh! Fine I'll take it off myself!"
"What?! NO!" I back away from her but still making sure Jason isn't dying.

Piper bolts at me and takes off my shirt.

"Piper wtf!" I yell.

Silence?

Why are they just- oh right my scars.

"Leo?" Piper spoke softly.
"..Just make sure Jason isn't dying." I say.
"Ok but we're talking about this later."
I did not want to talk about this later but I just nodded my head.

Jason meanwhile passed out when he saw Leo's scars due to blood loss and the fact that his best friend has many MANY scars.
