Beck drove Blake to her house and Jade had locked herself in Beck bathroom. Jade hated losing control and her only way to keep it in her power was to avoid the situation, in this case Blake.

Blake watched the trees go by as the two sat in silence. Her eyes were bloodshot red and she sniffled here and there grabbing Beck's attention.

"Blake-" Beck started but Blake shook her head.

She flipped down the sun visor flipping open the mirror. She fixed the mascara that fell from her eyes. Blinking a bit to stop the tears from coming down, she cleared her throat before the car came to a stop. Taking a deep breath she looked over at Beck, "Thank you."

He nodded, "Anything for you sweetheart." She gave a half smile before looking at her house in front of them. "I should probably get this over with."

"Are you sure you don't want me to stay?" Beck asked but Blake shook her head, "No I have to do this. Plus, I don't think it's wise to leave Jade in your bathroom."

Beck nodded,  "That's true." Blake smiled and let out a small laugh. "Call us later?" Beck asked. She nodded, "Promise."

Beck leaned and kissed her before pulling away, "Good luck, Blake."

Giving him a half smile she climbed out of the car and entered her house.

"Blake, honey!" River smiled at her daughter as she shut the door, "Your just in time. There's someone I want you to meet."

Blake dropped her bag by the door and followed her mother into the kitchen, "If you're gonna bake me cookies and tell me you got a new job leading us to move just get it over with."

"Blake," River warned before motioning her to sit down. "Honey, there is someone I'd like you to meet."

The girl tilted her head a bit before looking around, was there someone here? "This is Adam. Adam this is my daughter Blake."

Her eyes widened she greeted him with a hello. "Blake, I've heard so much about you. It's great to finally meet you."

Giving a half smile the girl didn't respond. "Dear," River said towards Adam, "I think we should tell her.

"Tell me what, mom." Blake asked confused and indicated that there was a secret. The two looked at Blake before smiling and holding hands, "Blake, we getting married."

The color drained from Blake's face, "W-what?" River shook her head walking towards her daughter, "I know it's soon but we've talked a lot about this."

"I-I-" Blake stuttered but was cut off. I met Adam on my New York project a while back and we've just clicked. We don't know when the weddings gonna be but we though you'd like to plan it with us."

River continued to go on and on but Blake tuned them out. Her mother getting married met she'd move again. And that meant leaving Jade and Beck, she hated thinking about that.

"So, what do you think." River asked looking at Blake. Shaking her head, "Huh, what." She blinked a bit stringing herself back into reality and it hit her. She didn't want to sit her and talk about her mother and her future step-dad. She wanted to run, and that's what she did.

Blake jumped off the stool and rushed towards the front door, grabbing her bag and walking out it. Completely ignoring her mother's calls.

She ran, she ran to the only place she felt safe. Beck's home. She assumed they'd still be there. She waked up the driveway of Beck's camper. Slightly wiping the tears that had fallen. She made it to his door lightly knocking before stepping back a bit. Her hands started to shake and more tears filled her eyes.

She was reaching for the door but stopped herself, shaking her head and stepping back again. Just as she was gonna turn away, the door opened revealing Beck. "Blake?" Her head shot up and Beck gave her a sad smile, "What are you doing here. You were with your mom?" Her eyes are already bloodshot red and the more tears she wiped the more fell down her face.

Blake just kept shaking her head trying to respond but nothing came out but a sob. Beck reached for the girl bringing her inside.

"I-i can't-" Blake breathed out, "This- it's- no-" "Hey, hey, hey, hey. Calm down, breath Blake." The tears continued to fall but her breathing evened out. "That's it. Good girl. Now why don't we sit and you can tell us what's wrong."

"U-us" Blake hiccupped, looking around to find Jade on the couch. Letting out a breath she didn't know she had she walked over to Jade wrapping her arms around her, "I'm sorry." The girl whispered but Jade shook her head, "Don't."

Blake pulled away to look at Jade, "But-" Cutting her off she shook her head, "It's not your fault." Shaking her head dropping her head into her hands Blake muttered, "She's getting married. Married. Why can't she be a normal mother and bring home a magnet or a puppy. But a fiancé isn't gonna fix us. Nothing is. Nothing ever will. Why does she do this to me. What's so wrong with m-me."

Blake busted out in tears once again as Jade wrapped her arms around her pulling Blake closer to her body as Beck came up behind her. Blake kept muttering sorry and eventually fell asleep in their arms.

Jade hadn't taken her eyes off Blake as she slept in her arms. Beck sat next to the girls typing on his laptop, for a school assignment.

Glancing up her looked at Jade, "She's not gonna disappear Jade." She just shook her head.

"Jade-" Beck said closing the laptop, "It's gonna be okay." She let out a sigh, "She's not allowed to leave." Beck let out a small laugh before nodding, "Okay, she's not allowed to leave. I'll let her know." He said sarcastically.

Jade glared at him before smiling and shifting a bit, making Blake shift as well. "Sorry." Jade whispered as Blake blinked awake. Blake's head was on Jade's chest and her face was titled upwards slightly so she could see Jade and Beck at the same time.

"How'd you sleep, sweetheart?" Beck asked, making the girl smile. "Lovely with you two here." Jade lifted the blanket a bit higher onto the two, "We'll always be here."

Blake nodded, "Thank you." Jade leaned a bit and kissed the girl, "Always." Beck rubbed Blake's leg, "Do you want to talk about it?"

Blake shook her head, "Not yet. But I'll let you know." "Whatever you want, Blake." Jade whispered wrapping her arms around her again as Beck leaned into the two.
