"Why don't you two go check out the arcade while I pick up mine and Austin's inhalers." Eddie says. Me and Austin make our way to the arcade. We open the door and head inside. "Bet I'll beat you in-" "Try me." Austin says, cutting me off. I smirk. "You're on, sucker." We run over to one of the games and attempt to get a higher score than the other. "Ha! I win!" I yell. "Whatever." Austin rolls his eyes and takes out his inhaler.
Jayden and Lucas are both occupied with their games until they notice Cayden and his gang walking in. "I swear every time I'm having a good day those jerks show up and ruin it." Lucas says. Jayden nods. They watch as the three boys approach a boy with an inhaler, Preston knocks it out of his hands and laughs. The girl picks up the inhaler and hands it back to the boy. The girl says something to the boy and he nods, they go to leave but Carter steps in front of them. Causen pushes the boy to the ground. "What's your problem?" The girl yells as she helps the boy up. "Losers like you two." Cayden says. The boy reaches for his inhaler but before he can use it cayden snatches it and throws it across the room. The girl goes to get it but Cayden outs a hand Infront of her to stop her. "Let me go, he needs that." "Is that so?" Preston says and chuckles. "It's not funny, he needs it! Let me go!" Jayden walks over to the inhaler and picks it up. "They're gonna kill us..." Lucas whispers. "I know, but we gotta at least help." Jayden says. Jayden walks over and hands it to the boy. "Oh, would you look who it is." Carter smirks and pushes Jayden onto the ground. "Jerks." The girl mumbles. "What was that princess?" Cayden asks. "Nothing. Just leave my brother alone. He didn't even do anything to you guys." Cayden laughs and pushes the boy down again. Preston kicks him in the stomach. "Austin!" The girl yells. Carter grabs his inhaler and tosses it. This time Lucas reaches for it but Cayden steps on his hand. "Leave it." Cayden says. The girl kicks Preston in the leg and tries to help her brother, Preston grabs her and pushes her against one of the machines and hold her there as Cayden kicks the boy in the stomach. "Stop it!" The girl yells. Just then the bell on the door rings and two men step inside. "Hey, let them go!" A guy in a blue shirt yells as he runs over. The other man just stays standing there.
I watch as Austin lays on the ground needing his inhaler and get flashbacks.
"Oh, looky here." Henry grins and walks over to me and Bill with his friends following behind. Belch burps in their faces. "Aw, look at the little dam." The three walk over and destroy it. "Hey, why'd you do that? You didn't have to of that!" I say. Henry and his friends walk over to Bill and I, Henry pushes me down and I gasp for air. I pull out my inhaler but Henry snatches it away. "You guys seen a fat kid run by?" I shake my head no. "You sure? You better not lying!" Henry says. "N-no." Bill says. Henry and his friends walk away. I snap back into reality and run over to the kids. The three bullies run out. "Austin, are you okay?" Y/n asks as she hugs him tightly. "Here." A boy says while handing Austin his inhaler. "Thanks." Austin says before taking a hit off of it and sticking it back in his pocket.
