"Hello, Y/N! Please, take a seat," Taehyung beckoned, indicating a chair across from him. "Let's not beat around the bush. I'll come straight to the point—marry me."
A wave of bewilderment washed over me, rendering me speechless. My jaw slackened in disbelief.
"Could you repeat that?" I inquired, my mind struggling to accept what Taehyung had just said, as if I needed confirmation that my ears hadn't deceived me.
"You heard me, princess," Taehyung replied, placing his wine glass gently on the table before stepping closer to me. He lowered himself to his knees, inching closer until he was mere breaths away from my lips. My cheeks flushed a bright red, and I could feel my body temperature rise. God, what was he doing to me?
"Tae—Taehyung?" I murmured, my voice barely audible.
He leaned in closer to my ear, his warm breath tickling my skin as he whispered, "So, how much money do you want in return? I'll give you anything you want. You name it."
The weight of my desperation hung heavy in the air as I contemplated the gravity of the situation. I really need that 16 million won for my grandma. This is the only way. . .
"My grandma was recently involved in a car accident, and she urgently requires surgery," I started to say, but my words were abruptly halted.
"Consider it done. I'll take care of the costs," Taehyung said.
"Really?" I gasped, overwhelmed with emotion, and immediately enveloped him in a tight embrace.
I could discern the soft rumble of his laughter before he tenderly encircled my waist with his hands, administering a gentle, soothing massage.
"How about a kiss in return, hmm, babygirl?" he asked, as his hands began to trace a path towards my thighs.
"Yah, you pervert!" I exclaimed, giving him a playful shove and lightly tapping his chest.
"Only for you."
